The crackling sound of the wood as it burns into the fire made a wonderful music to his ear as he silently watches the strewn bodies mercilessly tear piece by piece, joint by joint and flesh by flesh. He had never seen this kind of rampage and felt this deep desire of bloodlust after that first time he saw his strength as they lock it away. Breathing in the smell of death and despair he locked his eyes towards the man he drove into despair. That is now towering over the quivering old man begging for forgiveness.
"Please, please don't kill me. Have mercy." He pleaded, eyes glistening in tears.
"Mercy?" the man asked. "You asked for mercy when you didn't give her the same thing." He moved a step forward making the old man crawled back without turning his back on this demon incarnate. "She was the same as all of you. Yet, you murdered her just because she associates herself with me while you made a deal with me for greed." He pauses, reaching out to the old man.
Fear driven, the old man screamed and slashes his hand by the broken wood that was near to him in attempt to defend his self against this demon. But instead he dug a grave for his self when the man snarled at him and made a grab to his throat choking the old man.
"How unsightly, you dared to inflict harm to me?" he laughed in his deep maniacal voice. "You truly have a death wish." He hissed at him.
"N-no, you, you don – " he coughed. "understand... she, she was – ack!" he choked at his own words when the hand around his throat tightens.
"I'll show you what death is." He simply said as his eyes glow in crimson and bit him in the neck.
The change was fast and unstoppable. As his fangs sank in the old man's neck the poison spread turning his skin black and devoid from any moisture, draining him clean. As the body turn into stone and dust, the man who was hiding meters away from the scene shivered to the display of power. He is indeed strong and frightening. He is deemed to rule over them. He is their God. And so he will make him.
The loud knock of the door disturb him from recalling the past from hundred years ago. Head resting against the head rest of the throne like single chair. He glance by the door as the person emerge to his view. Smiling he wave at her to come to him closer, which she immediately compels without hesitation. Standing in a few feet away from him her crimson eyes narrowed in seriousness.
"You seem to look so bothered Rosetta. How was the travel back to Transylvania? You've been gone for a good week."
"The mortals found it. They bloody dig it up Wilhelm."
"Did they now?" he simply said.
"This is no time to relax! You know how much of a threat it is to us!" she hisses at him when he just smiled at her predicament.
"If the fate wills it to happen it will happen Rosetta. We cannot do anything about it." He answers closing his eyes. "After all they can't control it themselves."
