The way back to his home is like a trip way to hell. Aside from he still feels nauseous he can’t stop himself drifting off to another agonizing some sort of flash back which is entirely not his. Leaning against the pole since there is no empty seat left, he keeps on glancing at the window reflecting his supposed to be face. But instead he meets nothing but the eyes he saw back in the hospital; as the train passes the long tunnel before he will reach the way back home. Minutes pass to hours, at last he arrive hurrying himself despite his wobbling feet he force himself to push into the crowd. Freed from the people he immediately move pass and out to the subway. He didn’t want to stay there too much longer he wanted to go home take a rest and hear his grandfather nag at him.

Aah… he never thought that someday in his life he will desire to be nag around by some old man in his healthy eighty years old. He couldn’t even believe that he was old since he usually works out. A word work-out from an eighty year old man is just like when you say a flower blooms in winter.

Passing the park before he reaches his home he suddenly leans on the railing of the park as he suddenly felt a cold shiver crawling down in his spine. His health is getting worse as the time passed. Not only the pain had he felt in his head and in his stomach. There is also the pain in his whole muscle as if they are going to convulse any moment now. Reaching on his pocket he almost slaps his self for not remembering it, fetching out his cellular phone. He looks for the contacts searching for his grandfather’s number.

            “Hey mister, are you okay?”

“Go away…” he mumbled as he pants feeling the beads of his cold sweat dripping down to his chin. With shivering hands he continued his search despite his occurring double vision.

“I can help you if you’re not feeling well you know.”

“Can’t you understand little girl?” He hissed as he sharply glances at his side where the voice came from.

Standing in her little form, the girl rack back and forth in her heels as she watches him with curious eyes. With a smile in her plum lips she treads a few steps closer to him.

“You’re really in pain. Should I call for someone? Actually my mother is just close by.”

“I. Said. I. Don’t. Need. It.” He gritted his teeth making each word clear.

            “I don’t think so…”

With a sudden flash Brian was suddenly slump down in the ground with a loud thud. That if there is something under him his spine would have snap. A choked gasp escaped his lips before a hear tearing scream surfaces.

“Oh my… you seem to be stronger than you look.” The little girl twists his arm earning another terrified scream. “Now, now, don’t shout too loud people will start to swarm in here.” She twists his arm again until with a satisfactory pop in his joint. Letting his rendered arm go, which just slump in the ground lifeless. She crouches down to level his blurring vision with tears. “Aw… don’t cry the pain will soon go away. I promise.” She smiled.

“W-who…” he croaks. “Who are you?”

“Who?” she tilt her head to the side. “Not who but what, right?”

“Why are you doing this…” he gasps when she grabs his other arm playing his middle finger.

“Well this is a very practical world.” She pushed his finger gaining a hiss from him. “So I am just doing what my instincts telling me… To hunt.” Then she snaps his finger, making him cry out another pained scream. “You really don’t know how to keep quite don’t you?” she paused. “Don’t worry soon you’ll be staying still.”
