I'm sorry | Rui Kamishiro angst|

A hard decision

Present day
Ena POV:
"RUI, BREAKFAST IS READY!" I yelled. About 30 seconds later he was in the kitchen. I turn around and give him his plate, it was 2 slices of toast with strawberry jam.

"Thank you Ena." He said quietly.

"No problem, if you want anything else just ask me." I replied. Rui nodded and sat down at the table and started eating with me. It was a comfortable silence, that was until Akito got home.

"IM HOME BITCHES AND I BROUGHT TOYA WITH ME!" Akito shouted and Toya looked awkward.

"God you sound like Tenma." I state bluntly. Rui stops eating at that name and just stares blankly.

"Firstly motherfucker I do not sound like that obnoxious bitch, secondly, you just broke Rui, look at him." He replied to me. I look over and Rui is just staring, he quickly starts eating again when Akito says his name though.

"Sorry Rui." I say. He just smiles and dismisses me with a wave of his hand. I smile and look back at Akito with a stern look.

"if you two start fucking LOUDLY again like last time im going to beat the shit out of both of you." I look at Aoyagi too. Rui starts to giggle a bit and I look over at him.

"You wanna get beaten too I see." I say, he stops and continues eating.

"Jesus fucking Christ Ena that was once we're going too my room, don't bother us unless it's important." He says as he grabs Toya by the hand and drags him to his room.

"GAYS!" I shout as they enter his room. Rui finishes eating and goes to his room. I've been really worried about him lately, He's been eating less and staying in his room as much as he can, it's like he's ashamed of something and tries to show his face as little as possible.

Toya POV:
Akito and I get to his room and sit down on his bed, somethings wrong though, he looks upset.
"Akito, are you ok?" I ask, I don't want to upset him more, so I also tell him he doesn't have to answer if he doesn't want too.

"*sigh* it's just.. I'm worried about Rui, he's been eating less and he almost never comes out of his room." He replies as he slumps onto my shoulder.

"Why don't we go check on him, make sure he's ok?" I respond. In my efforts to try cheer him up, I kiss his forehead slightly.

"It won't work, I've tried talking to him about it before, he just dismisses it and changed the topic." At this point Akito is starting to cry a bit. I understand why he's crying though, he sees rui as a brother and if rui ever died or killed himself, Akito would go into a deep state of depression and almost no one would be able to help him. I lay Akito down on my lap and let him rest while I try brainstorming ideas to maybe help Rui or maybe try and figure out a reason he's like this but my phone starts ringing, I pick up my phone and check the screen '✨🌟STAR🌟✨' was the contact. Tsukasa-senpai named himself that. I pick up.

"Ah Tsukasa-Senpai, you need something?"
I ask.
"Toya!"
He says, he sounds like he's running, or at least he sounds out of breath.
"Be honest with me! Did you know Rui was still alive?"
He pants, I freeze.
"Toya? Are you there?"
I hang up.

"Akito, I'm just going to talk to rui for a second ok?"

"Ok don't be too long" He's too cute.

"I won't don't worry." I leave and knock on Rui's door. I hear rustling and about 15 seconds later he opens the door a bit.

"Ah Toya, you need anything?" He asks.

"Kamishiro-senpai, I just got a call from Tsukasa-senpai, he knows your still alive." I say in a worried tone. Rui flushes even paler than he was before.

"He... did?" He asks very quietly and in a very scared tone, I was about to answer but we heard knocking on the front door. We both look but don't see anything.

"I have to go tell me if anything else happens." And with that he closes and locks his door. The knocks come once again and Akito stomps out of his room yelling:

"YEA YEA IM COMING BE PATIENT." I follow him out of instinct and Tsukasa-senpai is at the door.

"Tenma... you need something?" He says sounding pissed.

"I know rui's still alive and he's here can I please see him?" He says. Rui is at the top of the stairs, only just visible. Akito closes and locks the door, closes the curtains and looks up at rui,

"The choice is yours but personally, I wouldn't." Akito says walking past rui to his room.

"Try it you never know." I say as I also walk past him to get to Akito. I hope he makes the right decision, or at least a good one.
