Temptations

Two weeks passed in a swift, with the brunette's relentless attempts of seducing the revenett and failing each time.

The revenett couldn't understand the sudden change of behaviour from the brunette, so in order not to fall prey to the brunette's temptations, he would always leave the house by 6:30 in the morning, when the brunette was still asleep and come back home at exactly 10:30 in the night. The revenett would usually make break fast, lunch and dinner down before heading out in the morning for the brunette. He did all these to avoid crossing paths with taehyung, cause he wasn't sure how long he could resist him.

The brunette had noticed the revenett's new pattern and it pissed him off to the core.

Taehyung had just gotten off the phone with jimin and almost immediately he heard a knock on the door.

He walked towards the door and opened it, it was jungkook's cousin namjoon. The brunette hug namjoon tightly, before opening the door wider for him to get into the house.

They walked to the living room and sat on the couch that faced the TV.

"Lemme guess...JK isn't home" namjoon sighed out.

It had been weeks since he last spoke to the revenett, cause the revenett had made it his life goal to avoid him at all cost.

"Yeah" the brunette said as he stared at namjoon's face which had an obvious frown on it.

"Hyung can I ask you something?" The brunette hesitantly asked the dark haired male.

"Yeah sure"

"How do you know Jungkook?" The brunette asked curiously.

Namjoon stared at him for sometime before speaking.

"JK is my cousin, my eomma's brother's son"

"Oh~ I thought y'all were just friends" the brunette said honestly, making namjoon chuckle.

"Umm...can I ask you another question hyung" the brunette said, he looked like a curious toddler in the dark haired male's eyes.

"No need to ask for permission tae, just ask away" namjoon said with a reassuring smile.

"Did jungkook ever tell you why he did what he did to me?" The brunette questioned carefully.

Namjoon let out a little sigh before speaking.

"He did....but no reason can justify his actions" the dark haired male said as he fixed his gaze on the ground.

"Can you tell me what he told you..please?" The brunette pleaded with puppy eyes, making namjoon laugh a little at his childish antics.

"Let's just say JK had a really rough childhood and it made him insecure. He loves you or so he says, I'm not so sure he does, but I feel the sincerity in his voice each time he says it." Namjoon says as he stares at the brunette for sometime before He continued talking.

"JK finds it hard to move on from his childhood trauma and due to this trauma he feels insecure especially when it comes to love.....He felt you wouldn't want him when you see him, so somewhere in his head, he assumed holding you hostage and forcing himself on you was a very good idea. But he regrets it, I know he does" namjoon told the brunette, his voice shaking a little as he remembered all that his cousin went through and all that his cousin made the brunette go through.

"What happened to him as a child hyung"the brunette asked softly, he could tell that the topic was very sensitively to the dark haired male just from his expressions.

"It's not my story to tell, tae......but all you need to know is that there's no excuse for what he did to you, but please try to forgive him, do it for me....please" namjoon said with tears gathering his eyes.
