{Chapter 10} - I rest my sins

(Normal P.o.v)

" S-so what you're telling me is true? Sayo? Kaname?" Her eyes were still widened from the sudden shock.

"Yes Yuki, we never wanted you to find out like this. I'm sorry I couldn't tell you sooner." Kaname still spoke calmly.

"But! How is that even possible?" She became hesitant with every word she spoke. Doubting that everything was true.

" We can't say right now. Perhaps later."

" Okay, But..."

" We'll be fine Yuki. Please go, there's no need to worry about us." Sayo demanded, stroking her shoulder to give her assurance.

" Okay." 

" And Yuki?" She turned around and met the eyes of Kaname.

" Yes?"

" Run and avoid Zero at all costs, he must not know about this."

" Yes, Lord Kaname." She ran down the hall and down the stairs. The door flung open as she ran past the gate and past Zero who was now shouting at the top of his lungs as he ran after her.

"Yuki? Stop!" She continued to run and eventually made it to her dorm, she run up the stairs like her life depended on it and slammed her door shut resting against it to catch her breath. She heard footsteps and grabbed a chair to block the door.

*Knock, knock, knock*

" Yuki, what happened? Let me in!" She stayed silent for what seemed to her an hour, eventually the knocking died down and it was an indication that Zero left. In that time she relaxed a bit and began to think and she thought for hours. Luckily, there was no Night class today otherwise she would have been in too much trouble.

Yuki was laying in her bed, her clothes barely on as she got changed but then was lost in thought. All that could be seen was her bare chest as she was trapped between the covers. 

*Crash*

Yuki shot up from her bed, covering her body as she was startled by the surprise.

" Kaname!"

" Oh, I'm sorry Yuki. Perhaps I should leave this for tomorrow." He wen't to turn but Yuki stopped him, she quickly put on a long jacket and pants before she hugged him from behind.

" Don't leave." Kaname gasped, lost for words. He didn't know what she expected him to say or do. But all he done was make a smile and hugged her in return. They sat on the bed in silence, Kaname had no idea of where to look. Parts of Yuki's bare chest still was visible and he couldn't help but look down and trace Yuki's legs. He looked away from her slightly, her face grew confused to this but realized what the problem was.

" I'm sorry I didn't put on more clothing, I got lost in thought as I was about to earlier."

" It's okay, no need to apologize. I should of warned you before I came in." She looked down, looking confused."What is it?"

" Nothing, I'm just thinking about something."

" About?"

" If you're my brother, then..." She paused, hesitating to say anything else.

" Then what?" Kaname moved closer to Yuki, thinking it would be better if he comforted her into saying what she wants to.

" Then, why did you kiss me?"

" It's because I love you, Yuki, I always have." He brought the palm of his hand to her face, she blushed at this.

" But isn't it wrong? That I've also been in love with you, my brother, this whole time."

"I don't see anything wrong with that." Kaname kisses Yuki gently.

" But Kaname don't you realize that's something..."

" Something that only monsters would do? Yes, although It's not uncommon amongst Pure bloods."

" But, Kaname, I'm not a pureblood."

" Not as of right now, Yuki, but one day you will be a pureblood." He kissed her again, pushing her down onto the bed.

...

" Yuki, Kuran. Wake up!"

" Kiryuu, what a pleasant surprise." Kaname woke up with one eye open a smile spreading across his face, Yuki was starting to awake slowly from the crook of Kaname's neck.

" I said get up Kaname!" Zero demanded, anger in his voice as he clutched his fist closed.

"Uh, Zero. Get out!" She flings a pillow at him, adjusting the blanket wrapped around her.

" Not until he does!" He points at Kaname.

" I SAID OUT NOW!" Yuki yelled in demand.

" Fine! I'm telling the Head master." Zero stormed out, slamming the door closed as he walked down the hall. What a lovely morning it is to wake up to on a Sunday.

Yuki sighed, while Kaname laughed.

" Uh. What's so funny?!"

" Nothing, you look so beautiful when your angry first thing on a morning." Kaname give a slight smile. Yuki smiled back laying back down into Kaname's arms and he kissed her forehead.

...

*Thud*

" They slept together!" Zero yelled, slamming the door open.

" Who?"

" Kaname and Yuki!"

" I see. Would you like a cup of tea, Zero?"

" I just told you they slept together and you're not going to do anything about it?" He slammed the palms of his hand onto the desk.

" No, I'm not Zero."

" But you're her father!" He shouted to Kaien who was now cleaning tea of the desk.

" Perhaps, but I don't have control over Yuki's choices. Besides, I felt that this was going to happen for a while now." He pushed up his glasses "It was only a matter of time."

" What is so special about Kuran anyway?" He folded his arms, looking away from Kaien.

" He is Yuki's, Fiance."

" What!" Zero's eyes widened in shock.

" Well since Yuki now knows, I suppose you should know." They talked and drank the tea the Headmaster made, Zero still hated Kaname for what he has done.

...

Both of them put on their last remains of clothing.  Yuki sat by the mirror brushing her hair while Kaname watched as he layed on the bed.

" So, do you want to talk about it?" He spoke out of nowhere.

" Talk about what?" She turned to him.

" Last night?" Yuki smiled as he did, she blushed then turned back to doing her hair. " Or are you too embarrassed to talk about it?" He smiled wider as Yuki blushed a darker shade through the reflection of the mirror. He stood up onto his feet and walked over to her with his shirt slightly undone, exposing most of his chest.

" I'm not embarrassed."

" Your cheeks say different." Kaname spoke kissing Yuki's neck.

" Don't taunt me like that." 

Kaname couldn't help but hold back a slight laugh. He left Yuki and walked over towards the window which was open, the cold air pushing onto his face. 

It was all silent.

*Bang*
