The day had hit. Chrissy was dead, and Eddie was on the run. People thought that he was the one that killed Chrissy, but I knew that was far from the truth.

I knew who did it, well. Sort of. I saw them in one of my dreams. Their face was one of the most disturbing things I had ever seen.

There were few facts that I knew. I knew about the upside down. I knew it was almost a distorted, decayed, mirrored version of our world.

I knew that the creatures in the upside had a problem with fire. Fire seemed to deter them, according to what I had seen in my visions.

I was trying to devise a plan based on the information I had gathered thus far. Unfortunately I have not had any success. Yet.

I was determined to figure it out. I was not going to lose Eddie. And I sure as hell was not going to lose him any time soon.

We had found him a couple of days ago. The others tried to get me to leave with them, but I refused, choosing to stay behind with Eddie.

"Can I ask you a question?" Eddie asked.

"You just did, Eds." I said with a small smile.

"That's not what I meant." Eddie said.

"I know. Ask away." I said.

"Did you know how Chrissy was going to die?" Eddie asked.

I nodded my head. "Yeah, I did." I said.

"Why didn't you tell me?" Eddie asked.

"I didn't want to scare you. Also, I have to be careful with how much I interfere with time." I said.

"You could've done something." Eddie said.

"I couldn't. Telling you wouldn't have changed the fact she died." I said.

"Could've saved me from seeing that." Eddie said.

"Maybe. It's too late now." I said.

"One more question." Eddie said.

"I don't feel like answering any questions right now. It's getting late. Maybe tomorrow." I said before laying down on my sleeping bag.
