Maeve's pov:

I was walking around the Palace when I noticed Persues Jackson in his golden chains. I almost felt pity for him when I remembered how he tried to stab me with riptide, as if this was only my plan. Quite honestly non of this was in my plans, my plans were literally making Luke my immortal lover (which has happened) and living in a Palace together.

"You know you're heartless. You just threw your parents into Tartares" Percy mumbled under his breath.

"I may be heartless by you're naive" I rolled my eyes as I walked past the annoying demi-god that was always in my way.

"You make no sense. The gods gave you all the attention yet you still turn on them and stab them in the back like its nothing. Just because of your love for Luke" he tried to make sense of it but failed.

"I am under no obligation to make sense to you" I stated blankly. He looked worn out. He was wearing a really dirty and ripped camp half blood t-shirt with a pair of jeans that you can't even make out the colour of.

"I thought you were inlove with Will" he snapped back. That hit a nerve. How are he? How dare this...seaspawn bring up my feelings for the sun of the sun god?!

"That has nothing to do with you" I spat out at him and he was smirking with pride. I was about to rip his head off his neck when Luke walked in.

"Whats going on in here?" He raised an eyebrow. I was wondering if Percy's head will look good on a wall somewhere but decided that should be left unspoken.

"Yes. I was just telling Percy that his sentence has increased by another week" I smirked down at the now not-so-prideful son of the ex sea king. Luke seemed confused but pressed a kiss to my temple before walking away, keeping an eye on Percy.

"Like I said. Naive. Naive son of the annoying seaspwan" I flipped Percy off as I walked away.
