I went to see Annabeth to make sure she hasn't escaped or freed anyone. I walked into her room and raised an eyebrow as I saw her staring into a book. I tried to hide the small smile that was beginning to form on my face, I loved the old days when I used to quiz Annabeth on any book she read. She would always get it correct and it put a spark in her eyes. Gods I miss those days but again, I am the one that ruined them. Consequences of my own actions I suppose.

"Annabeth" I said, trying to sound stern. She looked up from her book and put it down, looking at me. "Please step forward" I instructed and she followed. Before I said what I wanted to say she threw a pillow at my face and attempted to run. "Oh my Titans!" I dragged Annabeth back and stared her down. "You want to kill me? Well get in line bitch" I stated clearly.

"Well I'd be on your side if you weren't such a bitch about it" she admitted with an eyeroll. I sighed and sat down beside her.

"Do I get bonus points if i act like I care?" I whisper-asked the brainkid infront of me. She stared at me. "Look I apologise for any inconvenience I may have created but the gods were assholes and had to be stopped. I mean did you see how bad the Hermes Cabin was? It was overflowing. They send you on deadly quests theu can do themselves just because they are lazy assholes. You should be greatful I got you out of that" I rolled my eyes. Annabeth looked like she wanted to stangle me but decided against it, for now.

"I think you should talk to Will. He's upset about this y'know? After Nico joined it sorta ruined their relationship" Annabeth admitted. I looked down at my hands.

"I'm planning on talking with him and explaining my side of the story, although I fear it may not be enough for even a slight bit of forgiveness or friendship" I replied. For the first time in months I felt close to Annie again, similar to how we before. She put a hand on my shoulder.

"Can me and Percy get an explanation later? A detailed one. We wanna understand how you feel so we can help you" she admitted and I nodded and left to go find William Solace.

Little did I know I was gonna find him with someone else.
