Curvy or ramrod straight
Or in between
Similar to trees of the plain
Their roots elongated
Within dirt or water
Uncut vines and branches
Sprouting out as if
It were unruly hair
Covered in bark or smooth
As a swimmer's body
A bearer of fruit
In turn shade
From the sun's glare.
