I saw Aonung walk up to me with a smirk ”I guess you're lucky” I grinned ”oh of course” he continued his silly smile ”I don't understand why he lied for you though” I jokingly scoffed ”oh you'd lie for me too” he winked

”shut up” I rolled my eyes but he was right, I did like him in a friendly manner! Nothing more. ”well fish lips I plan on sleeping so I'll see you tomorrow” I winked at him this time I could tell he was blushing and waved bye

I got to my pod and laid down

I laid on my side thinking about Aonung ”he isn't that bad” ”well he did call me a freak.. but that's besides the point because he apologized for that already! But he's the chief's son so he needs to have children so our relationship wouldn't even matter in the future” I shut my eyes closed to stop thinking and to just sleep

I woke up again earlier before all my siblings

”ugh” I let out as I got up I had a raging headache. I looked at my siblings sleeping peacefully ”Maybe Aonung's up” I thought. I got up fully and walked outside looking around seeing Rotxo but no Aonung so I walked up to him ”sup” Rotxo greeted me ”hey” I responded rubbing my eyes with the bottom of my palm

”woke up to see your little boyfriend” Rotxo winked at me ”what's with everyone and winking?!” I said as I  noticed a pattern ”woahh who else is winking at you??” Rotxo joked ”Skxawng” I scoffed

”hey now, you came up to me.” Rotxo shrugged ”yeah yeah yeah” I rolled my eyes then smiled ”I think your boyfriend is going to ride Ilus with you” Rotxo said as he looked at the Ilus that were swimming around ”you riding with your girlfriend?” I looked down at him with a side eye ”oh shut up, but yeah and Tuk since she needs to ride with someone” he said messing with his hair

”don’t worry I don't think she'll mind your messy hair” I spoke softly but also sarcastically ”oh no I was fixing it for you” he rolled his eyes then Aonung came out of nowhere. ”oh hey Aonung” Rotxo said and I turned ”oh hi!” I smiled ”sup rotxo and hey” he said then smiling back at me. Something clicked in my brain and I was head over heals for him

”get a room you two” Rotxo said pretending to throw up ”shut up” I said embarrassed ”when is everyone else coming?” Rotxo yelled impatiently ”i donno” Aonung said resting his elbow on a rock ”HEY!! ” Kiri said running up to us ”oh look your girlfriend is here” Aonung said looking at Rotxo ” respectfully drink acid” she glared at him ”i would but your brother would miss me” he winked at me as I made a confused face ”him? Miss you? Didn't he beat the shit outta you?” Kiri made fun of him ”that's in the past” Aonung rolled his eyes ”sure” she smiled

”but I did” I reminded Aonung ”i also got your brother lost in the middle of the sea” he said in a mocking voice ”and he survived” I continued ”wassup guys” Lo’ak said in a scroungy voice ”oh hey Lo’ak” everyone said to him ”wheres Tsireya?” Lo’ak asked ”shes getting ready, she wanted to look extra good for somebody” Aonung said looking disgusted

”young love how cute” I said ”so you don't got your eyes set on somebody?” Lo’ak asked me ”no not really, I haven't even met everyone yet” I said. It was true I haven't met everyone but I did have my eye set on somebody. aonung. ”well we do have amazing women here so don't get your tail in a twist” Aonung said moving himself off the rock ”or men if that's what your into” he continued. Same sex mating wasn't uncommon. Wasn't even frowned upon. It was normal in the animal world so it was normal to us. I loved that. I didn't feel weird for having feelings for another guy it's just he's more than just another guy he's a sea person for one and he's the chefs son.

”I mean I don't think I really want to be with anyone here” I shrugged, I mean I did have a friend in the old tribe I was in. He wasn't bad looking and he was very kind I would even say that I wouldn't even mind mating with him. But somehow I felt more connected to Aonung who I just met. Oh eywa help me

Aonung looked annoyed ”who is Räavä?” Aonung said rolling his eyes ”my old friend” I said

”Räavä sound cool” Rotxo said ”he was, omg he was a dear Devil! He almost died like 3 times!” Kiri said smiling ”dang I miss him he was cool” Lo’ak said as Tsireya and Tuk ran up to us ”you like my makeup!! Reya did it for me!” Tuk said as Tsireya lifted her and held her ”shes my child now! Look how cute she is” Tsireya said showing off Tuk ”oh you can keep her” Lo’ak said rolling his eyes

”SHUT UP LO’AK” Tuk yelled ”yeah shut up lo’ak!” Tsireya agreed ”woww ganging up on me?” lo’ak said pretending to be offended ”neteyam wanna go on a walk with me?” Aonung spoke loudly and motion me to him ”oh sure?” I said walking to him ”don't kiss!” Kiri yelled as we walked away ”so what's up?” I asked as we continued walking ”you think Rotxo is into you?” Aonung said straight up ”oh-? No not to my knowledge” I replied, it's true I think he gots all the hots for my sister not me ”pretty sure he's head over heals for my sister” I laughed

”you think so? I mean I've caught him staring at you and some what flirting with you” he shrugged ”i mean you two could be cute together” he continued ”ahh no I don't think so, I don't really like him that way” I responded ”yet” he winked at me. WHY IS HE GIVING ME MIXED SIGNALS?? one second he's flirting and the next he's telling me he thinks his best friend is in love with me and we'd be cute together? What? HOW DOES THAT WORK? ughh I am going crazy

”uh” I said out loud ”i guess we are friends? I don't really know him that well though” I continued ”hey he would be an amazing mate, but you got years to figure that out” he smiled at me ”do I love him? ” I thought to myself ... Maybe.?
