Namjoon had just made it to Jin's apartment, and he felt his nerves set in because tonight had to go perfectly. Jin deserved it after all. He had imagined this moment over and over again thinking about Jin's smile and his laugh, and Namjoon was baffled at how he managed to make this happen. He sucked in a breath in order to get his excitement under control, he exited his car, and made his way towards Jin's apartment. When he got there he let himself smile and knocked on the door. In a mere few seconds the door opened and there stood Jin looking as jaw dropping as ever.
Namjoon was officially in awe of this man. Jin was dressed in a cream colored, lacy button up blouse with a light pink corset over top, and cream colored dress pants that flared out at the bottom. His shoes were converse that matched the corset, and he wore gold jewelry which had a beautiful diamond that hung at the bottom of his throat.
All Namjoon could think about was that Jin was really amazing at putting an outfit together. Namjoon was usually only able to make himself look like every other straight man in the world, and he was very far from being straight. "Wow Namjoon, your gay is showing." Jin said while he began to giggle and make fun of Namjoon for staring so long, which made Namjoon laugh as well.
"You're one to talk mister 'I'm a princess'." Jin looked at Namjoon as if he were offended but laughed despite that fact. "You look very handsome by the way," Jin stated matter of factly and smiled at Namjoon. Namjoon couldn't help but smile back seeing Jin's eyes light up made his entire night. "And you look absolutely stunning princess." Jin immediately blushed when Namjoon said this. Namjoon then reached for Jin's hand and led the gorgeous man to his car. Being the gentleman he is, he opened the door for Jin and watched him effortlessly get in. He waited until he saw that all of Jin's limbs safely in the vehicle before closing the door and made his way to the driver's side. He got in and they made their way to their destination under the full moon.
----------When they arrived, Namjoon opened Jin's door and helped him out. He then took Jin's hand in his and led the way towards the picnic that his friends had set up for the two men. "Namjoon this is so beautiful. I had no idea you were such a romantic." Jin said this, and Namjoon didn't miss the giant smile plastered on the older man's face. "Well I do love romanticism. I try to romanticize the little things when I can. It makes me cherish moments like these a little more." He sat down on the blanket urging Jin follow suit. The two made eye contact for a mere two seconds and Namjoon swore that in that moment he could feel his heart literally melt.
Jin was so stunning within the moonlight that Namjoon forgot where he was for a second. He was absolutely taken aback. "So Namjoon, why did you plan such a romantic first date?" Jin asked and Namjoon was taken out of his gay daze. He looked at Jin making sure to make eye contact with him. "Well there's many reasons. For one, I'm a damned romantic at heart and I'll be damned if I don't wow you. For two, I felt like an open space for the two of us would create an amazing opportunity for the two of us to be as open with each other as possible. For three, I honestly thought this kind of lighting would accentuate your beauty and I couldn't help myself on that part. That's all I've got for my reasoning." Namjoon said this all with a serious and candor tone, and Jin smiled the most genuine smile Namjoon had ever seen from him.
The two men spent the rest of their night talking, joking, and laughing as if nothing in the world existed except them. They both felt as if their minds, bodies, and souls were the most free they had ever been, and that made their hearts fill with utter joy.
