Levi slept most of the afternoon. Eren stayed with him, sometimes laying beside him in bed, other times sitting in the chair working on his sketch. When Levi woke, just before dinner time, he was back to his old self. He glared at Eren demanding why the hockey player was in his room.

"I have been returning a favor." Eren smiled down at him. He placed his art kit back into his bag. Leaning over the bed, he kissed Levi's lips.

"Ah, your fever broke, good. I have to get to practice, Furlan's cooking." Eren was about to walk out of the room, hoisting his bag to his shoulder.

"Ugh, and that's suppose to make me feel better?" Levi made a face. Eren walked out laughing.

"He's feeling better?" Erwin asked wiping his hands off on a towel.

"Yeah, acting normal, well for him." Eren grinned waving his good bye.

The next day Eren had an early art class. He got up, showered, had breakfast before picking up his bag. Walking to class, he spoke to a few people that he passed. Mostly his fellow students called out to him about the hockey team, a few asked about different subjects they shared with him, one even handed him a coffee.

"I saw you coming so bought it for you. Hope you win this weekend!" the guy called hurrying off. Eren was close to his usual coffee place. He held the cup up to the barista who gave him a thumbs up that it was OK.

Nothing eventful happened until he got to class. He was setting up next to Mikasa, a pretty girl, but one who hardly spoke to anyone, least of all Eren. They would nod to each other as they shared the same space, but that was as far as it went. Eren began to unpack his bag.

He couldn't find his sketch pad. He took everything out, looked in all the pockets, it wasn't like it was small! Where was ... His head jerked up! No, he didn't!

"Looking for this?" a sultry voice asked. Eren turned to see Levi standing beside him.

"Levi!" He reached for the sketch pad. The ravenette pulled it out of the others reach.

"I looked through it." He said his eyes locked to the ocean green ones. Eren winced.

"Look, I'm sorry, but..." Eren began.

"You're really talented. Here I was thinking you were just some muscled bound meat headed jock." Levi offered. He held the tablet out.

Wordlessly, really too shocked to say anything, Eren accepted the book. Levi was already heading out the door before Eren's brain caught up with what just happened.

"That's great praise coming from him." Mikasa informed him.

"How would you know?" Eren asked, not completely rudely.

"He is my cousin." She offered.

"What? Really? So you know who Petra is?" Eren asked flipping to the drawing he was working on for the class.

"He mentioned her?" Mikasa looked skeptical.

"No." Eren once more explained how he knew the name. The dark haired girl nodded.

"Yeah, Petra is a bit of a sore subject." Mikasa frowned.

"Look, it's not really my place to say anything, but uh, do you have anything after this class?" She asked. Eren shook his head. Typically he just went for a run, he told her this.

"Meet me at the walking path then, I'll run with you." She offered.

After class, Eren rushed back to his dorm, he changed into sweat pants with a tee shirt. A few minutes later he was stretching beside the path while he waited door the girl to show up. She jigger up to him.
