Eren tied a rope he found, hanging in a tree, around his waist. He yanked Levi to him tying the rope around him as well. The wind, rain, debris that floated around all pounded at them. They couldn't hear much. It was Levi who saw one student clinging to a pole, another was a few yards down huddling against a fence.

The weather made it darker, so it was harder for them to see. Talking was nearly impossible. Levi tugged on the rope to get Eren's attention. He pointed to the girl by the tree. Eren nodded. There wasn't much rope left, but if he could get to them...

Levi tugged him away. Confused, Eren turned toward him. Levi was heading to a small metal shed, the sides were buckling and crackling against the wind. As soon as Levi got to it, one side gave up. It folded down into the shed. Levi stomped over it. He held on as he stretched to pull things out from under the roof that was barely holding up. He came back to Eren with two more lengths of rope. Each male tied one end of this rope to the one around their waist. They headed back to the students.

Eren reached the girl first. He had to lean close to her ear just so she could hear him. He explained for her to continue holding on until he got the rope tied around her. She did so, still crying as her arms hurt from how hard she was clinging to the tree. Once she was able to let go, Eren helped her back to the sidewalk. All the way back toward the building, Levi and Eren collected stranded students. By the time they were able to get in out of the wild weather, they had about twenty five students with them.

Eren, along with one of the football stars had to force the doors closed. They ended up using the rope to tie it shut as the wind kept tearing it back open. Eren turned to see the huddle of students. The football turned to look at him.

"We only came down one side, what if there are others out there?" he demanded. Eren turned to look at Levi.

"Brat, don't you..." He muttered. Eren shook his head.

"Get them to the others." The football player shouldered the door open after they got the rope tied back around them. Levi's voice died away in the wind as he yelled out for Eren. He last saw him being blown around the corner.

"Where did you go?" Erwin demanded once Levi was able to led the students down stairs.

When he explained Erwin growled. "Don't they know they just have to go down to the basement of their building?"

"We weren't in the dorms." One girl commented.

"All the buildings connect to these tunnels." Levi told her.

"Yes, but students don't have access to them in the library or dinning halls." She stated.

"Seriously?" Levi fumed.

"Where's Eren?" Jena demanded storming up to Levi.

Levi hesitated a moment. He wasn't sure why he didn't want to tell Eren's friends just what the idiot was doing. He rubbed at the back of his neck. When he opened his mouth, his words were stolen from him.

"He went back out to find more stranded students, didn't he?" Armin said. Levi could only nod as he glared at the wall.

"ALL RIGHT I NEED VOLUNTEERS!" Erwin yelled.

"We have stranded students out in this, now I don't want anyone else going outside!" He cautioned right away.

He asked for people to walk the tunnels, asked for some who would be willing to go around to check all the outside doors on the first level of each building. Levi was mildly shocked when nearly the entire hockey team volunteered to walk the first floor.

"We don't have all the windows boarded up, some could break." He warned.

"Good thing all we need to do is get to the locker room first." Marcus stated. Levi stared at him wide eyed.
