"i wish i could hold a heart." George complains while watching Meredith enviously from the gallery,

"it's not that impressive Georgie." Lilith states, not taking her eyes off the surgery at hand.

"a monkey could hold a heart." Cristina emphasised, also not bothering to take her eyes of the surgery.

and as George annoys Cristina further testing her limits Izzie walks into the gallery placing herself beside George,

"George, i need more ice and chips." she ordered.

"who else did you invite?" George questioned anxiously, "Izzie, we said the list was jocks only. surgery, trauma, plastics. who else?" Cristina pressed,

"just some people from peds." she mumbles sipping her tea.

this makes Lilith whip her head round in annoyance,

"you invited the preschoolers to Meredith's house. the next thing you'll say is you invited the shrinks." Cristina criticised,

at this Izzie turns her head avoiding eye contact, making both Lilith and Cristina groan.

"she invited the mental defects." Cristina grumbles obviously not impressed with Izzie's invitation,

"this party in D.O.A." Lilith scoffed throwing her hands up.

"you know, Meredith thinks this is just going to be a little, small, meet-your-boyfriend cocktail thing." George reminds her, "did you clear this with her?"

"no," she starts making us give her a look, "but i will. i promise."

"why are you wasting the only weekend your boyfriend is in town on a big party?" Cristina wonders aloud making Lilith snicker, "cause he's bad in bed, that's why."

the blonde then shoots a glare in her direction before denying the fact, "no. i just want him to meet some of my friends."

Lilith and Cristina giggle between themselves at her statement,

"right. sixty geeks in scrubs are your friends." then her pager goes off making her get up and readying to leave, "bad sex, sucks for you."

and then upon her leave another intern enters questioning the happenings of a party,

"i heard there was a party tonight at Meredith's house." Alex recalled while looking down into the or.

at this Cristina backtracks, "oh really, party?" she says playing dumb.

"uh, news to me." Izzie adds, "No party." George concludes.

then finally Alex turns to Lilith looking for some sort of answer, "Lia?" which only makes Lilith shrink into her chair,

she did it want to lie to Alex, she couldn't because in all honesty Lilith liked Alex they were friends. he hadn't hit on her since they meet, and they talked.

so she just looked at her other interns for help only to see them shaking there heads, "oh my god is that my pager." she lied, "i think it is."

and then she hurried out.

while roaming the hall Lilith eventually did get a page from Dr Shepherd, and while making her way through the halls she finds herself running into Dr Shepherd on the way.
