"Alright, let's go through a few basic principles! Iwaizumi, Oikawa! Get up you lazy brats!"
My head turned in the direction of the two guys, and a smile cracked on my face. The one with more spiky looking hair had just slapped Oikawa quite hard to grab his attention away from the crowd of girls sitting around him. I tried to hide my small giggles from his priceless expression, but then quickly lost it as the coach clapped his hands together.
Everyone went silent as he did this, and the two boys quickly ran to grab a volleyball. They were definitely sweating bullets right now, since the coach did not look pleased at all. In fact, he seemed so ticked off that you could sense his anger leaking from his presence.
I swallowed and paid attention to the boys up in front, knowing that this was not going to be a very productive class at all. We were already ten minutes in, and I had a gut feeling something was going to go very, very wrong.
As they began demonstrating a few basic techniques to the class, I took a seat on the bleachers again, along with many others. I rested my head in my propped up palm on my leg, and sighed nonchalantly.
This was not going to be fun at all.

Time flew by after that, and I had totally called that something was going to go wrong.
I knew from the second the coach started to get all pissed, since teachers usually kept their calm easily. But this man was having none of it today. He straight up smacked both boys in the face with two separate volleyballs for apparently "demonstrating foolishly."
But if I was being honest, they were actually doing a pretty good job. I understood their demo a lot better than my past years, where I learned almost nothing. I was also always subbed out on the sidelines of the court, which was quite relaxing, but this time, I felt as if I could actually try this sport.
It was as if they made me want to try out playing the game, and I got extremely disappointed when he made us go do laps around the field for twenty minutes. Granted, it was still something I found productive, but I was actually hoping to start with some basic volleyball skills.
Ah, well. There was always a next time.
But after gym, I went back home to eat, and go through a few notes on the english paper that was due by Friday. It didn't seem like such a hard task, but if I had to tutor someone, it would eat up some of my spare time. Thank god I had a block before English to complete it. That really did come in handy sometimes, and this was one of those exceptions.
I sat in my chair, headphones in, and the outside world completely blocked out. Ms. Katagiri had given us the whole class to work on our essay, and then we'd go over some basic corrections and format the next day. The project consisted of one essay, two complimentary paragraphs on the topic of the first writing assignment, and a mind map to help us tie and secure down ideas together.
We had three subjects to choose from, and I had decided to take on all three. What? If I had spare time, I'd much rather spend it getting even more information into my brain, then sitting around on a phone all day. Well, reading was another option as well, but that was only when I felt like it.
At the moment, school was enough to keep me quite busy.
My pen scribbled on the paper in front of me, and I began to draw and label some connections on the draft of my mind map. I had already done one full essay, three paragraphs, and two mind map drafts. It was only ten minutes until the bell rang, but I was still completely focused on completing as much as possible. I did have this for homework, but still. It's easier to finish more than half at school, and then only do a small portion at home.
