B: Gising pa ba si Aston?

T: I just tucked him in.

B: Wala ka ba appointment tonight?

T: Wala.

B: Can you put him on the phone?

T: Teka.

A: Mama! It's storytime. Kukuwentuhan tayo ni Papa.

B: Okay.

"Papa, tell us a story now." Sabi ng bata kay Thirdy.

"What about the story of Cinderella?"

"Okay po!"

Thirdy started telling the story, Bea was just listening on the other line.

"...where are your glass slippers?" Thirdy said as he continued to tell the story.

"I don't have them po." Aston replied.

"I'm not asking you." Thirdy told him.

"Sino po tinatanong nyo?"

B: Are,..are you asking me?

T: Put them on and come to me.

B: But...but you're not my prince. Cinderella needs a prince who loves and cares about her and will grow old with her, not someone who need to complete him.

Nagulat si Thirdy, nahiya. He hung up.

Maaga pa, pinatawag na ni Mozzy si Thirdy upon learning of his newly acquired property na may kinalaman sa pamilya ni Anton.

"Pinatawag nyo daw po ako?"

"Kelan ka titigil sa mga ginagawa mo?" Mozzy asked him.

"So, alam nyo na pala."

"Alam mong napaka importante ng property na un sa kanya!"

"What's your point?"

"He is still your father!"

"My father? Did he act like one to me? Binili ko ang hotel nya at pumirma ng agreement. Kung may karma, I'll take it. Kung wala na po kayo kailangan, pupuntahan ko na ang anak ko."

"Ama ka din!"

"After all these years, pagkatapos ng ginawa nya sayo, bakit hindi nyo na lang sya pabayaan?"

"Ano man ang nangyari noon, tapos na un. The hotel is their legacy. Matanda na sya and too weak, please maawa ka sa kanya!"

"Their hotel can't keep up with the technology, eventually babagsak din un. You may not see what I'm doing now, eventually you will."

Paguwi ni Bea, nakita nya si Aston and Thirdy hinihintay sya. Aston immediately went to her.

"I miss you, Mama!"

"I miss you, too, anak."

"Papa and I had dinner at a restaurant po and we have some for you, too."

Thirdy stood up and went to them with the foods they ordered for takeout and showed Bea.

"Thanks. Tara pasok tayo sa loob."

Though hesitant, Bea asked nevertheless, if Aston can stay with her and promised to bring him back on Sunday.

"Sige." Was his short reply.

"Magsswimming ba kayo ni Aston bukas?"

"Hindi, I'll be away for business, dito muna sya kasama mo."
