Nang makauwi sila, Thirdy requested for her to stop working.

"Bakit?"

"So you'll have more time to look after Aston, hindi ba mas okay un?" Thirdy proposed.

"Kaya ko naman pagsabayin un eh. Besides, desisyon ko magtrabaho with Anton ngayon and besides kasama ko din sila Maddie sa work, if I resign, malulungkot sila."

"Baka naman si Anton ang malulungkot." Thirdy teased.

"Kung ano ano iniisip mo. Kahit he admitted that he likes me, he knows na kaibigan lang turing ko sa kanya."

"Ikaw kaibigan ang tingin mo sa kanya, eh sya?"

"Even if you don't trust him, you have to trust me."

"Then let's make this relationship public," Thirdy said.

"No way."

"Bakit? Okay na parents mo, they already know."

"Pero un Mama mo, hindi pa nya ako tanggap."

"Hindi naman sya ang gagawa ng desisyon sa buhay ko."

Pinapunta sila ni Mozzy sa bahay nya. She was very happy to see her grandson. While having dinner, Mozzy discussed the change to Aston's last name since he is still using Bea's last name.

"Kailangan na natin umpisahan ang procedure ng papalit ng last name ni Aston." She initiated.

"Bakit ngayon?" Thirdy asked him.

"Eh kelan pa? Anak mo sya, what's wrong with changing his surname?"

"Grandma, why do we have to change my name po?"

"Kasi dapat same kayo ng last name ng Papa mo." She told the little boy. "Do you have any objections, Ms. de Leon?"

"Naintindihan ko po."

"Mama, I don't want to change my name."

"It's just a name, Aston." Thirdy told him."

Thirdy's acquisition of the hotel of Anton's family finally came out. Their father has been hospitalized because of this. Mozzy was very disappopinted, hindi nya naiitnindihan what Thirdy was trying to do.

"Stop being ruthless, Thirdy, he's still your father!"

"I'm saving him kahit wala naman talaga syang pakialam sa akin!"

"Please, Thirdy, please." Pagmamakaawa ni Mozzy sa kanya but Thirdy just left.

The doctor advised Anton about their father, he would need a liver transplant. Since Anton is considered as the primary family member, nagpatest nya as possible donor. Unfortunately, the doctor told them that he was not a match after a series of test. Inexplain the doctor what is needed and what to expect and other options.

At work, kinamusta ni Bea ang lagay ng Papa nila Anton.

"He's not doing vey well. Kailangan nya ng liver transplant and hindi ako suitable candidate for him. Magkaiba din kami ng blood type, very seldom daw ang dugo ni Papa. Gustong gusto ko sya tulungan but how? At this point, he only have one choice at ito ang taong he doesn't want to face the most."

"Do you mean..."

"How can he ask kung hindi nya nabigyan ng magandang buhay ang taong ito? Sabi ni Papa, it would be better to die kesa humingi ng ganitong pabor kay Thirdy."

In the afternoon, Thirdy rented and booked the restaurant just for him and Bea. Bea was very impressed at the setup.

"Alam mo ba what it is today?"

Bea looked at him and shaked her head, still wondering, thinking.

"It's our 1st month wedding anniversary so gusto ko icelebrate natin. I want to spend this time just with you, eventually I will have more time to spend with you and Aston." Thirdy said.

Bea was very happy.

"I have good news for you, too." Bea told him. "Nagresign na a-"

Thirdy hugged her even before she could finish what she was saying and kissed her on her forehead.

"Good girl."

Thirdy pulled a chair for her para makakain na sila.

"Do you want some wine?" Thirdy asked.

"Actually, may sasabihin pa ako sayo eh." Bea said. "I just think you should know."

Nakangiti lang sa kanya si Thirdy while pouring the wine.

"Ung Papa mo has liver failure and needs a transplant."

"Sinabi sayo ni Anton?" Thirdy questioned her.

"No, I- I just overheard. Hindi match si Anton eh. Thirdy, if not for you, Aston may not be alive today. Now, your birth father needs you to help him. Alam ko deep inside you, you care for him. You're bonded by blood, after all."

"Bonded by blood? Kay Anton lang sya may pakialam. Si Anton lang ang kinikilala nyang pamilya at anak. At ako? Kilala lang nila pag may kailangan sila? Bakit hindi gawan ni Anton ng paraan?"

He remembered being a small kid who went to to his father's house para ipakita ang matataas nyang grade. Naghintay sya sa gate hanggang ipagtabuyan ng guard. Nang makita nya ang Papa nya sa loob ng sasakyan kasama and batang si Anton, ni hindi man sya hinintuan o nilingon man lang.

Bea was trying hard to convince Thirdy to help his father.

"Why are you persuading me?"

"Dahil ama mo sya, pamilya kayo."

"O dahil nakiusap sayo si Anton na kausapin ako tungkol dito dahil hindi nila ako maharap?"

"This has nothing to do with him, this is about you."

"About me? Or para kay Anton?"

Thirdy left.
