5.IND vs AUS

Shubman's POV

We were getting ready for our inning. We won the toss and chose fielding first. Australia managed to score 186 runs with 7 wickets.

Now it was our turn. We have to win this match as our ratio is 1:1. So to win series, only way is to win the match.

KL Rahul and Rohit were opening batsman. But in 2nd over, Rahul got bowled.

Now it was Rohit and Virat batting. But soon Rohit got out too.

Next Hardik came for batting. He and Virat managed to score 103 runs when Hardik got out.

Now it was Ishan Kishan and Virat batting. But in next over, Virat got out.

After that finally, I walked towards the pitch.

I and Ishan easily chased the score and I ended the match with a winning six.

Everyone started cheering in the stadium.

I and Ishan fist bumped and hugged each other.

That's when I saw something on the big LED screen. I couldn't believe on my own eyes. After seeing that my whole world stopped.

Ananya's POV

I was applying my mascara when a
I heard a honk. It must be Akash.

After his declaration that I am going to match, I couldn't do anything.

Besides, I told myself to move on.

I bid by to the family and walked out only to saw Akash and Jivika laughing.

"What are you both laughing at?" I asked them. "Oh we were talking about our college days." Jivika said.

I nodded and quickly sat on passengers seat. Jivika gave me look and sat on the backseat.

On the way to the stadium, we were talking about our college days.

We were 5 friends. Me, Jivika, Akash, Nitya and Ritesh. I and Jivika opened NAVYASA. Akash is a famous young producer in Bollywood. Ritesh have his own company whereas Nitya is a actress.

I, Jivika, Akash and Ritesh are still in contact. But not Nitya.

We reached to the stadium. I took a deep breath and got down from the car. We walked in the stadium and took our seats.

Obviously Akash booked tickets for the seats from where we can see nothing. But the seats seemed to be like VIP.

We sat and soon the match started.

Australia scored 186 runs. And now it was India's turn. Our inning started and soon India lost 4 wickets.

After Virat, he entered in the ground.

The camera zoomed on his face and I saw him on the big screen.

He looked same. Or maybe a little bit more handsome......

My thoughts were broken when I heard a loud applause. That's when I realized he hit a six.

Soon he and Ishan Kishan chased the score and we won.

My eyes were fixed on him even though I couldn't see him clearly.

After some minutes my trance broke and I looked here and there. And when I saw straight forward, I saw a camera straight in front of me.

I glanced towards the screen and saw it was flashing my face. I slowly looked towards him and saw he was looking at screen only.

Then again he and Ishan appeared on the screen and I saw him looking curiously in the crowd finding someone.
