"Find Isla, check in on her, I'll talk to Druig" Thena instructed Gilgamesh while the others moved out to explore the area while they waited for a response from Druig.

A little girl with golden eyes stood at the edge of the village, looking out into the forest where an icy trail had been left behind the cold eternal.

"Druig, somethings wrong" Thena started as she stepped up beside the little girl. "We need to talk"

"Ive already heard what you've had to say" The girl spoke back in a harsh tone.

"No, you've heard what they had to say" She stated and the girl nodded, walking off and leaving Thena to follow her into a distant cabin. The warrior slowly pushed open the door, careful not to disturb the peace around Druig as he sat in the dark.

"So, you come here to convince me to save the world?" He leaned back slightly to look at her.

"Something is wrong with Isla, you and I both know it and the others are ignoring it" She started sternly worth concern for me.

"She's got Mah'd Wy'ry, Thena" He reminded as though is was as simple as that.

"Its deeper than that, you saw it when you looked inside her head" Thena spoke carefully as though to not push him too far. "She needs help and with Ajak gone you are the only one who can help her"

"I don't know how!" He snapped with frustration. "She's slipping away from me and I don't know how to help her, I can't help her" Druig sighed with defeat, accepting the situation no matter how much he wanted to avoid it.

"I don't like this place." I stated, Gilgamesh sitting beside me on a tree root in the forest, away from the chaos of the Eternal.

"Druig needs to think, and Sersi wants us to wait, so... we wait." he shrugged back calmly.

"Mm." I hummed in thought. "I couldn't recognize myself in Sprite's illusions." I stated, thinking back to the illusions Sprite had shone us over dinner in Australia yesterday. She spoke of a cold hearted fighter who would freeze her enemy within the blink of an eye, never backing down from a fight and never letting her guard down.

"Those were the good old days." Gilgamesh smiled proudly, thinking back on the many occasions we had fought off Deviants side by side.

"What if I can't fight anymore?" I questioned, doubt flooding me from the look of horror Druig had sent me after looking inside my head.

"Of course you can."

"I just cant get that look out of my head" I shook my head, looking down.

"What look?" He questioned curiously.

"When he looked into my mind, he seemed disappointed, almost hurt" I puzzled.

"Well its Druig, he could never stay mad at you long, ever"

"But that's the thing, I don't know him, I don't know who I am" I grew frustrated throwing a rock deeper into the distance with a huff.

"Come on, you know who you are. You're Isla, the ice queen" He nudged me and I offered a weak smile.

"Thank you"

"For what?"

"For being here" I nodded and he nodded back.

"Ikaris! Ikaris!" Sersi shouted out in the village center, Druig and Thena rushing to see what was going on. Sersi stumbled into the middle of the village, looking up at the sky where Ikaris had disappeared.

"Miss? You're ok?" A man called out in Spanish before Sersi's eyes went wide, a Deviant spying him from behind.

"Watch out!" She called in waring, but it was already too late. "Clear the camp!" Sersi shouted out loudly to the people. A Deviant ran towards her as she rushed to clear everyone out, she looked back to face it when it was blasted back by energy and she fell back to the ground, rushing to her feet again.
