Tw- panic attack

You walked down the hallways quickly and you finally had made it to your room. You walked into your room and closed the door behind you and you went into the bathroom and looked in the mirror. There was blood crusted and dried , stuck on your face from the mission you had just come off of . your breath started to become shallow and your throat felt tighter as you looked at the blood on you .

your heart rate began to pick up and your hands started to shake . you were having a panic attack . you got onto the floor as you became dizzy and disoriented and you had your back against the wall near your shower and you felt as if your whole world was spinning. Tears blurred your vision as you started to panic more not knowing what to do .

Konig walked through the hallways asking for you where you were but no one knew where you were . He tried texting you but you had your phone on to not disturb . He didn't know where else to look but he assumed you were in your room so he went to head there. He walked through the hallway and made it in front of your door and he knocked . He didn't get a reply but when he went a little closer to your door he heard quick breaths as if someone was gasping for air. When he heard this he got a little worried and he stepped into your room . He looked around and saw that you weren't in your bed so he looked and saw your bathroom door open . He closed the door behind him and he walked to your bathroom.

He saw you curled up on the floor and that you were having trouble breathing . He saw your red puffy eyes and he didn't know what to do . He knew what was happening but he didn't know what to do but he went by instinct . He got down on your level and he kneeled in front of you .
You looked up at him and shook your head a bit .
'' i-i feeling like i-i can't b-breathe .''
You said between gasps .

Konig wasted no time and he sat down at you and laid his legs down straight and spread them a bit . He picked you up and sat you between his legs with your back to his chest and he wrapped his arms around you . You leaned your head back and tried to catch your breath . He wasn't good with words and he didn't know what to do at the moment but he just figured he would try his best .

'' breathe , its okay im here .''
He said softly .
You tried breathing but nothing worked , it only seemed to get worse.
'' i-i cant.''
You said .
'' follow my breathing  .''
He said while taking a deep breath .
You nodded and took in a deep breath and let out a shaky exhale . you leaned your head more on his chest and you focused on his heart beat . you focused on his breathing and tried to match it and you listened to his heartbeat . you calmed down after about a good 15 minutes and you looked up at him with  your puffy pink tinted eyes .
'' im sorry ...''
You said in a low tone.

'' don't be sorry okay , it happens to the best of us .''
He said softly while wiping away your tears  with his thumb.
He lifted his mask up halfway and gave you a soft kiss to the top of your head and he held you tightly and securely , making you feel safe .

'' i'm sorry if i got you dirty ...''
You said while looking at your bloody cargo pants and blood splattered vest and clothes.
'' It's okay, don't worry about it , shower . i'll be here waiting for you.''
He spoke while gently caressing your face .
'' can you stay with me  ..please .''
You spoke .
'' yes of course dear .''
He said.
You both stood up and he gave you a reassuring  hug and he let go of you.
'' may i join you ?.''
He asked while grabbing the spare towel you kept there for him.
'' yes...thank you .''
You said as you wrapped your arms around his waist .
''No need to thank me love , i will always be here ....and i always will .''
