Oh how you were so excited when you had found out that you were having a baby . you were about 4 months in on being pregnant and you had a little bump showing . Konig was so happy when he found out you were going to have a baby since you were infertile and the doctors said you wouldn't be able to have one but you proved them wrong but when konig had found out you were pregnant he became more protective than usual . I mean he didn't let you walk much , cooked rarely and he was stuck to your hip making sure you were alright .You were lying down in bed watching a show and you looked at the time and realized that it was close to dinner time and you decided to make some dinner . you got up out of your bed , stretching a bit and you started to walk downstairs . your husband was in the living room just lying down since he didn't want to burden you while you relaxed upstairs in your alaskan king bed . it was a giant ass bed compared to you but to konig it was a normal sized bed . you walked down the stairs and you walked past the living room and into the kitchen. You started to grab a pot and a pan and you set them both on the stove and you went to go to the fridge until you felt someone hug you from behind . It was your husband . his hands found its way to your tummy and he gently rested his hands on it . you put your hands over his and smiled .
'' what are you doing ?.''
He asked softly .
'' going to cook , why ?.''
You asked .
'' No no go rest and lie down , we can order out okay .''
He said,
'' you sure ?.''
You said .
'' positive , you can pick whatever place you want .''
He said while picking you up gently and holding your bridal style .
He walked you back upstairs to your and his room and he set you down in the bed . He grabbed his cellphone off the nightstand and he went to leave you but you grabbed him by his wrist gently .
'' can you stay with me ?.''
You asked .
'' anything for you .''
He said as he got into bed with you .
He wrapped his arm around you and held you close to him. He made sure to not get too close to your tummy in fear of him accidentally hurting you . He would hurt himself before he ever did to you and he swore by it . you put on disney plus and you snuggled into him and let out a sigh of relief .
'' where do you want to eat from ?.''
He asked while opening up his phone .
'' can we eat from ( favorite food place ) ?.''
You said .
'' yes , let me call them .''
He called ( favorite food place ) and he put in an order for whatever you wanted , he got the same thing you got since he didn't know what to get and once he was done ordering he hung up the phone and he set it in his pocket . you lay on your back with one of konigs arms under you and the other resting on top of your tummy as he gently rubbed it with his thumb . oh how he couldn't wait for his baby girl/boy to be born . you decided to not find out the gender since you and him both wanted to wait until your baby was done cooking and then after birth you would find out the gender . Konig hoped it was a boy but would be overjoyed if he got a little girl . you grabbed the remote and you turned on the movie avatar and started to watch . Konig didn't say anything and you didn't either but instead just watched the movie . After a few minutes you heard the doorbell ring and you went to answer it but Konig stopped you and told you that he would go get it . you didn't protest so you sat in your bed waiting patiently and after a minute you saw konig arrive with two bags of food in hand.
'' should we eat downstairs ?.''
You said.
'' we can stay here if you want .''
He said,
You nodded and he bought the food over to you and handed it to you as he stepped back into bed with his own food as well . you opened up your bag of food and you took a bite and you made a tiny smile . Konig looked over to you and smiled at you softly .
'' this is soooo good .''
You said .
'' glad your enjoying.''
He chuckled .
You both ate while watching the movie and you ate and left no crumbs . you stole some of konigs food of course but he didn't mind . you leaned your head on him and kept closed and he wrapped his arm around you .
'' thank you hun .''
