Beach days

A/n - IM BACK HEHE , enjoy the oneshot !

You stood in the bathroom putting on a ( whatever swimwear you prefer). You and konig decided that it would be fun to have a beach day and catch some sun since it was 98 degrees out and clear sunny skies. You got ready and tied your hair up in a ponytail and then wrapped it and made it into a messy bun. As you were getting ready with a small smile on your face you felt someone loom over you and wrap their arms around your torso.

You smiled and held his hands and looked up to see your boyfriend konig hugging you from behind and you let off a small giggled as you felt his mask brush up against the back of your neck.
'' you still getting ready liebe ?''
His soft gentle German accent flowed with every word that he spoke.
'' i'm ready hun don't worry''
You turned around and cupped where his cheek would be.
He often wore his mask when going out but when it was just you and him at home you got to see the real him. The konig you knew was soft and gentle , often shy yet could be bold and confident.

When meeting new people or simply being around others he got very nervous but you always reassured him and made him feel safe. You were glad you could make him feel safe but most of all , loved and cared for. He wore a pair of black swim shorts with a light gray shirt that had a shark on it since he thought it looked cool and he wore a pair of black water shoes. He never really liked water shoes but he had found a comfortable pair when going to one of the shoe shops you lived near.
He gently lifted his mask up and smiled at you and he leaned down and his soft plush lips met yours. You smiled and leaned into the kiss and pulled away after a few seconds and you cupped his cheek.
'' i put the cooler and stuff in the car.''
He said gently as he pulled down his mask.
'' thank you luv.''
You smiled as you put on your beach bathing suit cover.
'' you ready to go now ?.''
He asked and you nodded.

As you made your confirmation that you were ready, he gently took your hand in his and held it as he led you out of your shared apartment and he locked the door. As you made your way out of the apartment and into the car he opened the passenger side door for you and you smiled at him and sat down and buckled up. As you did so he closed the door and went to the drivers side and he put on his seatbelt as well and he put the key into the car and started it.He turned the AC on and you both started to drive off and headed to the beach.

As Konig carried the cooler and umbrella he felt the soft warm breeze against his skin. The ocean sounds filling the air and the seagulls above making noise. You carried the towels and other items as you made your way towards the sand. You and konig went to a beach that had no people on it. You wanted to make sure he felt safe and comfortable so you chose a quiet yet peaceful spot to enjoy your beach day.

As you and he made it onto the beach and set the umbrella down into the hot sand and he placed down the cooler next to it before sprawling a black sheet on the sand. You gave him a small smile as you set the towles and such down. As you set up you grabbed the sunscreen and looked up at konig.
'' how you feeling bebs ?.''
You asked softly as you saw him sit down on the sheet,
He looked up at you and gently took off his mask and smiled at you.
'' im okay liebe.''
He spoke softly as he lied back and got comfy.

You let off a giggle and sat next to him before gently squirting some sunscreen onto your finger and gently rubbing it on his face.
'' No need to get burnt.''
You chuckled.
He smiled softly as he felt your gentle touch against his skin.
You rubbed some sunscreen on yourself too but as you did so you felt konigs arms wrap around you and pulled you close and he lied down with you on the sheet holding you close.

You cuddled up to him and wrapped your arms around him and looked up at him.
'' your the best thing life gave me.''
He says as he pressed a kiss to your forehead.
'' i can say the same thing.''
You smiled as you laid your head on his chest as you took in the warmth of both him and the sun. it was hot and sweaty , it was hot and comforting. He stood holding you close , enjoying the calm sounds of the ocean and the smell of salt and sea. He knew that days like these wouldn't last forever so he wanted to make the most of it with you.
