Love is lyrical. Love is a song.
Experiences can be described through words, but much of the time, they just want to make you sing.

"Hi, can I help you?"
The man wearing the gray coat turned to look at her, brows raised. He had been staring at the menu above her head for quite a while before he actually came to the front of the line.
"I'm not sure," he said, his expressionless face now sporting a smile. "What do you recommend?"
He was pretty. He had mid-length dark hair that came down and framed his face, and steely blue eyes. His long coat accentuated his figure nicely, and he wore loose-ish black jeans and a black tee-shirt to match. His dark sunglasses rested atop his head, keeping some of the hair away from his face.
Luna Casey smiled back at him. "The croissants here are really good," she said, walking over to the glass case where they were. "I have them for breakfast most mornings."
"Do you?" he said, looking into the glass case at the rows of fresh baked goods, then back up at her. "I'll take one then."
"Any butter?"
"Please."
"Would you like it toasted?"
"Uh, sure."
"Okay," she said, pressing a couple buttons on the computer. "Four dollars." The man handed her the money and she put it into the register. "And what's your name?" she completed, looking up at him again.
"Why?" he said, grinning.
"I, uh, need it so I can call your name when your order is ready," she said awkwardly.
"Oh," he replied embarrassedly. "Right. It's Max," he said. Luna began typed it into the computer and pressed enter, then a little machine beside her printed out a receipt.
"What's yours?" he asked her, taking the receipt from her hand.
She looked back up at him. "Luna," she said.
"That's a beautiful name."
"Thank you," she said, with a smile and tilt of her head. There was a short pause.
