I sit in my car waiting to walk into the gym. My mind is racing with all of these questions, which is why I came here to clear my mind, but I can't get myself to let go of the steering wheel. Why were people warning me about Noah? He seems completely normal.

A tap on my window drives me from my thoughts. I roll down my window to find Noah standing outside my car. Speak of the devil. "What are you doing here?" he asks, backing away so I can get the car door open. I step out and close the door behind me.

"I do kickboxing," I say leaning back against my car. "It's the only sport that I enjoy that my mom lets me do," I say looking down at my hands. "No way, you do?" Noah exclaims. "Yes, I do, why else would I say that," I say with a little attitude.

"How good are you?" he said excitedly. "I don't know, I have been doing this for eight years. Do you box?" I wonder why he got so intrigued. "Yes I do actually," he says smugly, crossing his arms.

"Well, then let's go," I say, opening the door to grab my things and popping open the trunk. I grab my bag, lock the car, and go walk beside him. "How long have you been boxing?" I ask pushing the strap back onto my shoulder. "For five years, not as long as you but also I'm trained in other things," he says smirking at me. I roll my eyes at him and push the door to the gym open.

I sign on to the computer and head to the locker rooms. I open my locker to find a fresh towel like normal and move it to the top shelf. I stuff my bag and wrap my hands, and walk in front of the mirror. I section my hair and do long french braids. My outfit is a black sports bra and black leggings.

After my hair is braided, I grab my water, headphones, my phone and walk out of the locker rooms, up to the boxing floor. Noah is not here yet. Good, hopefully, I can actually get out of my head. I put in my headphones and hit shuffle on my playlist. I stretch first before doing a simple warm-up. When I'm running on the treadmill I start to process everything that has been happening recently.

Well, first new guy. He doesn't seem like a threat. He has been nothing but kind to me. No one will tell me why he is such a threat. He hasn't done anything that is concerning, or that stands out. Just seems like your typical new guy. I will keep an eye open just in case.

Now Eric. What is his problem? Why has he been so interested in my life all of the sudden? His friends have been as well. Liam, I don't mind. He is really nice and caring. Eric is always so closed off and never answers my questions. If I want an answer from him I will have to be patient and just wait for him to talk. As for Carter, he puts up a wall acting all tough but I can tell he has a soft spot, and also has a temper. He also is an amazing opentext.

My thoughts are interrupted by my phone going off. I look down to see what it is and see my mom calling me. I quickly answer because she never calls me. " Hello?" I say into the phone. "Hi honey, um, I was just wondering if you could pick up some uh, bread at the store?" she asks, stuttering.
