I was really confused when both Val and Ghastly hit me at the sanctuary, I mean what did I do. I was only spending time with Scarl- oh, I get it now. I haven't been paying attention to Val as much as I should. So anyway, I decided to go see Ghastly and talk about something. I think that....im in love with Val. I have Scarlett but im really starting to regret my decision, I still hardly know her. So I thought Ghastly was the right person to talk to this about. So I left Scarlett at my house and drove to the sanctuary. When I got there I couldn't see Ghastly's van, but I went in anyway just to check. I saw Ravel and asked where Ghastly was and he said he would be back soon, so until then I just sat in his office. About half an hour later Ghastly came in with Val in his arms. I didn't now whet was wrong so I looked at her, as synthetically as I could. When Val saw me looking she got up and ran to Ghastly and hugged him 'is...is Val....scared of me?' I thought to myself. Ghastly calmed her down and brought her chair closer to his, they both sat down. I moved an inch closer and Val tightly hugged Ghastly's arm, "What doo you want?" he snarled, I was already regretting coming here "Well, I came to talk, mostly about how everyone keeps hitting me" Ghastly looked at me in disbelief "You really don't know do you"

"Haven't the foggiest" I said and Ghastly lent down to Vals ear and said something. A moment later she took of her jacket to reveal her scars. I gasped and immediately felt sorry for her, I cant believe I didn't care about her, "You have been so interested in Scarlett, that you didn't care that she was taken by Sanguine, and you didn't realise she had fallen into depression" Ghastly said, as I went to say something Valkyrie spoke, and said "You didn't care I got taken" she looked so sad, she looked like she was about to cry "Val, im so, so, so sor-" but I was cut of by Vals yelling "YOU ARE SICK! IM DONE SKULDUGGERY! I QUIT THI LIFE AND I QUIT BEING YOUR PARTNER! GOOD BYE!" I felt likee I was going to cry my self, as she stormed to the door I yelled "VALKYRIE! Im so, so, so sorry! don't go!" I heard Ghastly snarl and run after her. When they left the room I just sobbed. I cant believe I did what I did. Im a horrible friend. A few minutes of sobbing later I heard a yell form above me, so I went to the window and looked up to see Val and Ghastly falling to the floor. Without hesitation I jumped out and caught up to them, I went below them and waited for them to land in my arms, a few seconds later they landed in my arms and Ghastly smiled at me and I smiled back. Valkyrie was shaking so I flew them inside. I put them down and Ghastly cradled Val and whispered soothing words in her ears "Val..." is said quietly, I didn't get a reaction at first, but as I went to turn for the door, Val ran at me and hugged me, I didn't expect it so I fell to the floor. I laughed with Val and said into her hair "Val, im so sorry please forgive me" she giggled and said " I forgive you" she hugged me and said "I need to go get something to eat now so ill see you later" she got up and walked out the room "BYE" I shouted before she walked out and she replied "BYE" Ghastly walked up to me and helped me up, and hugged me "Thank you Skul" I hugged him back and said "No problem" he pulled away and went to join Val. I just smiled and walked out of the sanctuary, knowing that everything was ok.
