Tanith left as soon as Skulduggery got to Val's so they could be alone. When Tanith left Valkyrie said "Hey Skul." with a smile "Val can we talk"
"Sure" they walked into the living room and sat down "Um, Val, im...in...lo...love..with... you" Valkyrie grinned and said "What did you say I cant hear you" so Skul repeated himself and said "Im in love with you" Valkyrie grinned and tapped Skulduggery's façade, which he had improved by getting it to cover his whole body. A handsome face flowed over his Skull and Valkyrie cupped his head in her hands, lent in and kissed him. Skulduggery kissed her back straight away, he ran his hand through her hair and he moaned into her mouth. Valkyrie grinned and pulled away "Did you just moan" she said clearly amused "N...no" Skulduggery said shyly, Valkyrie giggled and lent in for another kiss. Skulduggery's hand roamed to her waist and pulled her closer, so there body's were touching. Valkyrie's hand ran up his abs which made him moan again, Valkyrie pulled away laughing "You did moan" she said and laughed harder, Skulduggery just sighed and kissed her again which made her shut up, so he grinned to himself and continued the kiss. A few minutes later they were cuddled up on the couch and Val said "I love you"
"I love you too" Skulduggery said and kissed her head.
