CHAPTER 16

KARTIK'S POV:

The way she asked me if I'll still remember her after years, triggered something inside me. Something I couldn't exactly point out and comprehend. Her words made me realize the possibility of her leaving me and going elsewhere.

And I didn't like the thought of Zoya leaving us ever. I don't know when we came this close but she's become family for me, someone I couldn't let go. With the passage of time, she's coming back to her real self her, her nature and personality surfacing.

The mischievous, jolly, cheerful Zoya which was lost over the years. This is exactly the way I always want her to be.

I changed into fresh clothes. As I walked out of my room Zoya and Kittu were already seated in the living room. I guess they were waiting for me cause mom and dad had already left. We left for breakfast after locking up the room.

We'll be staying in London for 2 days because Kittu's new semester will be starting in a week. I also have a lot of work to do, plenty of pending shoots and meetings.

Me, Zoya and Kittu were seated in the lobby. Mom and dad were in their room probably getting ready. Zoya was sharing a funny story from her previous job when our tour guide walked in.

We offered him to join us but soon I was regretting my decision. He kept eyeing Zoya as he sat beside me, I glanced at Zoya and Kittu hopefully that they might notice but these girls were busy laughing on memes.

That shameless f**ker kept checking them out just I was about to lash out at him mom and dad arrived. Thankfully dad was with Zoya and Kittu and me, Mom and that pervert were in other car.

He kept on telling us about different famous places and tourist attractions.
We first decided to visit the famous London Eye. Also it closes at 6 in the evening.

No wonder this place is called Heart of London.
