belly woke up in the warm embrace of matt tangled around her, no literally he looked like a sloth and belly looked like the tree.

she turned to look at him slowly and smiles gently to herself, tucking a lose strand of hair behind his ear but it didnt hold up for long

she lightly detangles him from around her and gets up, feeling someone grip her wrist

"where are you going baby?" matt mumbles, moving in the bed

"sorry for waking you" belly walks toward him

"come back to bed" he frowns "please?"

"okay" she sighs, getting back in the bed with him "five more minutes"

"nuh uh" he snuggles into her, grabbing her arms and wrapping them around him "ten"

"ten more minutes" she gives in, tightening her grip around him slightly

ten more minutes passed, and matt wasnt even asleep, he just had his eyes closed

"okay, get up" belly says, removing her arms from around him and standing up

"izzyy" he whines, trying to reach for her

"matthew" she says sternly

"fine okay" he gets up, looking down at her "you look good in my tshirt"

"it fits like a dress, matthew. the pants are comfortable thought ill give you that" she refers to the minion pants that he had bought from universal but never used

he smiles and opens the door, letting her pass first. both of them walk down the stairs, only to be met by the six people they were dreading to face

"hey!" nick exclaims

"okay. we have no way to get out of this one" belly sits down on the ground in front of the couch

"yep" matt says, sitting down next to her

"you two are terrible, terrible people for not telling us" lexi says "like your guys' therapist probably knows before us!"

"my session with her is tomorrow" belly reprimands

"my session with her is in two days" matt says

"thats not the point!" nick exclaims "is that my tshirt youre wearing belly?"

"matt had it in his room!" belly raises her hands in surrender

"you snitch!" matt gasps "i hate you"

"dont act like you werent begging me to cuddle with you fifteen minutes ago" belly rolls her eyes

"i swear we live in a wattpad story or something" cylia looks down

"were sorry for not telling you guys! but it was nice to keep it private" matt says

"yeah but you couldve at least told us" macie says

"exactly" alyson says "when me and the man whose literally deathly aftaid to have a girlfriend started going out all of you guys knew!"

"yeah because we set you up" belly reprimands "matt and i arent pussys like you guys and can actually express our feelings"

"well" matt tilts his head

"sometimes" belly adds "im going to sleep"

"at twelve in the afternoon?" chris asks

"ill go with her" matt stands up

"are you two gonna go upstairs and kiss?" cylia asks in the lorelai gilmore tone

"if i tell you is it because you want to live vicariously through me?" belly asks once shes on the first step of the stairs

"possibly" cylia smiles

"goodbye lia" belly smiles back, matt walking up the stairs with her

"ah, to be young and in love" lexi sighs
