Y/N L/N was the best friend of Steve Rogers before he was Captain America until he fell from a train to his death. Or so everyone thought.
Y/N was taken by Hydra and trained and brainwashed into being the Winter Soldier. After fighting Captain America in 2014, he decided to lay low.
Presently, he has been accused of bombing the UN and was captured in Germany where he was forced into being the Winter Soldier till Steve and Sam found him.
They are now at the airport to find the other Winter Soldiers before the doctor that turned him does after they realised he is behind it. As he is running beside Sam, a voice comes over the intercom.
"Longing."
"No."
"Rusted."
"Please."
"Seventeen."
"Run Sam."
"Daybreak."
"Furnace."
"What's happening?"
"Nine."
"Benign."
"Homecoming."
"Y/N come on man."
"One."
"Freight Car. Afternoon Soldier."
"Ready to comply."
"Kill them all."
Sam watches Y/N as he rests on his hands and knees. Y/N gets up and looks at Sam.
"Come on man you just was-"
Y/N grabs Sam's neck with his normal hand.
"Guys we got a situation."
"What?"
"Y/N is not himself, some Russian words came over intercom."
He starts choking as Y/N tightens his grip. Y/N is blasted away by Wanda as he glares at her. Knowing he won't be able to best the witch he runs to the glass crashing out and onto the battlefield.
His eyes lock on Tony as he walks towards him, Steve who is fighting nearby notices.
"Tony! We have to work together, Y/N is not himself."
Nat jumps up wrapping her legs around her boyfriend's neck and repeatedly hitting his head with her elbow. He grabs her hips and slams her on the ground choking her with both hands.
"I know...you're....in...there.....Y/N...."
He momentarily looks dazed as T'Challa kicks his side knocking him off Natasha. Any doubt leaving his head as he fights the Black Panther.
He knocks him out before Steve engages him only to be knocked out too. People try to tag team as Wanda checks on Nat.
"He's in there. I almost had him."
"We have to get you close to him but it's risky."
He takes out Clint and Sam easily before setting his sights on Peter. He catches the Winter Soldier's fist only to be uppercut by his metal fist knocking him out.
Scott shrinks and tries to confuse him but he just flicks him away easily before setting his sights on Natasha and Wanda.
"I'm going to kill you."
"What did he just say?"
"He's gonna kill us."
He engages Nat as Wanda tries to restrain him with her powers but he is too strong to hold long. He throws Natasha into Wanda knocking them both down.
He stalks towards them like a lion ready to kill his prey, he picks Nat up by her neck in his metal arm. His grip begins to tighten before his hand starts moving back with red around it.
Wanda restrains him onto his knees before Nat kicks him in the head knocking him out. The others wake up ready to take him on when they see Nat and Wanda standing over him.
"How?!"
"Teamwork."
After a few minutes Y/N starts to regain consciousness, every stands on edge ready to attack. His eyes look around till they meet the familiar green eyes of his girlfriend.
"Natasha."
She kneels beside him as he sits up. He notices the cut on her forehead and the marks on her neck. He reaches forward brushing his fingers over it and looking into her eyes.
"Did I do that?"
"It wasn't your fault. You had no control."
He tears up resting his forehead on hers wrapping his arms around her.
"I'm sorry."
"I know babe, I know."
The members of team Iron-man realise Y/N doesn't have control so they help him escape to find the other soldiers with Nat and Steve.
