You stood up, getting caught off guard, your face steamed up, getting red. Ah, how did you get into this situation again?

You set up a plan to pretend to be sick in physical education and excuse yourself form your teacher to stay back at by your classroom, and while the others worked their butts off you were going to continue your investigation and sneak through Kazuha's things! Illegal? Maybe. Caught? Yes. Guilty? No. Although your plan backfired and your teacher made Kazuha look after you while you rested. You ended up finding out about Kazuha and his brother named Tomo, who died in a fire. You also found that he knew you were spying on him and even managed to sneak a compliment out after that.

Back to present: Kazuha laughed at your reaction, watching as you slowly composed yourself again, the red on your face not planning to leave anytime soon. "I'm just kidding." He said, you sighed, "am I?"

You rolled your eyes, still embarrassed from his words as you quietly sat back down, clearing your throat. "You're not funny." You said, not daring to look at him in the eye.

"Oh? What is this we have here?" He smiles, teasing you. "It truly feels different, seeing you react to my compliment like this while you don't even bat an eye when others give you their own share of words."

"Don't get too ahead of yourself. I was just surprised, it's normal." You said, looking at the marble floor instead of him.

He sighed, "why won't you look at me?" He asked, and before you could reply, he used his hand to make you face him while he chuckled. "No need to get so disappointed by the fact that I was kidding. It's really flattering that you're so bothered about a comment that you hear everyday from me. Not to mention, has anyone ever told you that you have the prettiest eyes?" He said, inching his face closer to you every word he spoke.

Right when the distance was way past your limit, you didn't have time to think, you pulled away and slapped him bare on the face. Then you continued to hurry out to head to the restroom. You never expected Kazuha to have a teasing side, and you wish you won't ever see it again!

"DING DING! ONE POINT to Kaedehara Kazuha!!" Venti says, holding out a small whiteboard that had your name along with Kazuha's on two different sides, he wrote a I on Kazuha's side, while Xiao questioned him.

"Why doesn't Y/n get a point? That slap is sure to leave a mark for days." Xiao asked, raising an eyebrow as he spoke from behind the camera.

"Because I have favoritism." Venti said, proudly and confidently. Xiao remained silent, shaking his head before hitting his friend's head. "Ow!"

Back at the restroom, you splashed water on your face, staring at yourself on the mirror displayed in front of you. "......wHat if he reports me to the authorities because of thAaaAt...." You mumbled, miserable. You completely acted without even thinking, and you now regret it to the bone.

I think you should go back and apologize! Take care of his cheek and everything will end well.
