Hi I'm Kyle Adams and I attend Goode High School in Manhattan. I wouldn't say I'm as popular as some of the other kids there but I won't say I'm not popular either. I have light brown hair and ice blue eyes. I'm 6,2 in height and I guess you could say I'm strong. Anyways enough about me.

It was a September 1st,my first day of senior year. I was walking up to my locker when I met my best friend Percy Jackson. He is literally the reason people know me. With his raven black hair and sea green eyes,tan and muscular build the girls swoon over him. He is captain of the swim team and is one of the nicest people I know.

We talked about how our summer break was and our college plans for the next year. Right in the middle of our conversation, of course Savannah Thomas,the school slut had to but in. 'Hey Perce' she said tossing her bleached blonde hair over her shoulder and batting her fake eyelashes. 'Hi Savannah' Percy said, annoyed. 'Listen you,me,7pm at my place. My parents are out, cmon it'll be fun' she said,lowering her tight crop top every few seconds. 'For the last time I have a girlfriend!' Percy exclaimed frustrated. 'Honey it's obvious she's fake, you just want me' Savannah pressed. 'Listen, she is coming to collect me later, then you will see that she IS real, understand?!' He growled. 'Pff sure, I'll be there babe' Savannah said slyly and strutted over to her group of friends. 'Gods I hate her' Percy grumbled. 'Mmmm' I agreed. Before we could talk more the bell rang and we had to get to class

Lunch

I sat down at our usual table at lunch with Percy, Maddie,Kate,Shawn,Ciara,Jess,David and Aaron. They are all my closest friends as well as Kate being my cousin. By the way, Jess and Aaron are dating as well as Shawn and Ciara. 'So what's up with all of you guys?' Aaron asked putting his arm around Jess's shoulder. 'Me and Kyle have our first swim meet on Saturday' Percy said. 'Cool! What time?' Maddie asked. '12:30 against the Sharks from Westover High on the East side of Manhattan' I informed her. 'We'll be there' David promised. 'Great!' I exclaimed a little bit too loud. I blushed beetroot red. 'Relax dude, have the rest of you got plans?' Percy grinned. 'Volleyball practice on Wednesday' Kate said enthusiastically. 'Ok, by the way it's Uncle Stevens birthday on Wednesday too' I told my cousin. 'Shoot....I'll work something out' Kate groaned. For the rest of lunch we talked about our summer and the plans for the next couple weeks. I love these people. Woah I sound like my mom there. Badddd sign lol.

End of school

We were gathered under the huge willow tree outside waiting to meet Percy's mysterious girlfriend. I never met her but Percy describes her like she is a goddess. Apparently she has blonde princess curls and beautiful grey eyes with a natural tan. I spotted Savannah and her group of snobby friends glaring at me from across the street,waiting to see the mystery girl too.

Suddenly a white van with the words DELPHI STRAWBERRY SERVICE on the side. They pulled up and a group of teens spilled out. First came an African-American girl with unusual golden eyes, second came a buff Asian guy followed by another girl with choppy brown hair and eyes that kept changing colour. After her came a boy with blonde hair and bright blue eyes and another boy who looked like...well he looked like an emo with black hair,black eyes and full black clothes. A red headed girl hopped out and a boy who was wearing doctor scrubs even though he looked 17 like the rest of them. Then a small Latino/elf looking guy came out with curly brown hair and announced 'YOUR BAD BOY SUPREME...HAS ARRIVED' and took a bow. Lastly a beautiful girl stepped out rolling her eyes at the boy. She was gorgeous with blonde curls and intense scary eyes.

I was in a sort of daze looking at this girl and didn't realise Percy jogging towards the group. We followed after him,curious about who these teens were. He went straight to the blonde and...and he kissed her. When they broke apart I heard her say 'hey Seaweed Brain' and Percy murmured 'hi Wise Girl'. 'Uh Perce, care to introduce us?' Maddie asked. 'Oh! Sorry you guys, these are my friends, Hazel, Frank, Piper, Jason, Nico, Rachel, Will, Leo and this is my girlfriend Annabeth' he explained. 'Guys these are my friends Kyle, Maddie,Aaron,David,Shawn,Kate and Ciara from school' he told his friends. I could see Savannah glaring harder at Annabeth, clearly jealous.  After about  five minutes, Percy and his friends got into their van and drove away.

Saturday

I was in the dressing room about to compete and I was talking to Percy. I was asking how long he has known Annabeth and where they met and stuff. I had to admit I was sorta jealous when he told me that they had been best friends since they met at a summer camp when they were 12. I always thought I was Percy's best friend but I guess not. It must have thrown me off because I came 5th in the race when I usually place 2nd or 3rd. I saw Annabeth there cheering on Percy in his races where he came 1st in all of them.

After his race he went over to Annabeth and kissed her. I dunno why but I am frustrated every time this happens. Ever since I met her I just feel like Percy has forgotten me. They went round the corner away from the crowd and I followed them. I could only hear bits of their conversation. 'You are suucchhh a cheater seaweed brain' I heard Annabeth say. 'Your one too if you go to school' Percy retorted laughing. 'Shut up you idiot' I heard Annabeth say again and the sound of a gentle slap on his arm. I heard them walk towards me so I ducked behind a pillar. After a few months I got over Annabeth. Yes I realised I had developed a crush on her. But now I'm happy, dating Lily Harrington and I'm still okay friends with Percy. And that's how I met Percabeth.

AN: Hey guys I hope y'all enjoyed it. Bare in mind this is my first fanfic so idk if it's very good🤷‍♀️ Plz plz comment your opinions and story ideas!! Let me know if y'all want future Kyle povs or with anyone else in that mortal group! I'm open to all suggestions so just let me know what ones and I will try my best to make something out of it!
