"What is that!?" "Giganotosaurus, largest carnivore in the ark", Venessa replies. "Now shut up, it can hear you", Venessa adds whisper shouting. The giga sniffs the air, and let's out a deafening roar. The massive beast swung its tail, just barely missing Rehn's head. The animal slowly shuts its jaws, and sniffs the ground. The sound was close, loud, heavy sniffing and breathing coming from it ginormous mouth and nostrils. Dirt sucks into its nose, and it stopped. The giganotosaurus menacingly began to turn its head behind the boulders, revealing the trios spot of refuge. It looked the straight dead in the eye, it found them. "Run."

The giga roared once again louder this time. Blood dripped from Rehn's eardrums, the warm liquid hitting his hands wich covered his ears. The animal snapped its jaws, missing the three, and then gave chase. "RUN, RUN, RUN!!!" Venessa exclaimed hysterically. Rehn listened, as the thundering footsteps became heavier, it was gaining on them. "IT'S CATCHING UP!!!", Rehn shouted. The giga's jaws came down closer. Rehn could feel its hot breath. The teeth smelled of flesh, and he and Venessa knew there impenetrable doom was here.

But just before the jaws snapped, a loud whipping noise sounded through the sound waves. They looked up to see a massive long necked animal towering above them. It was a brontosaurus saving the day. "Thank God," stated Rehn. "And thank goodness for bronto nest", added Venessa. "The giga roared at the brontosaur, but it wouldn't back down. The long neck stood its ground, bellowing and stomping its feet to scare away the carnivore. "Come on!" Venessa said to Rehn "let the bronto take care of this" "Wait, I forgot Dill!" Rehn exclaimed worried. "Come on, the bird can wait" Venessa replied, dragging Rehn's arm.

The giganotosaurus ran toward the bronto, but in response, it whipped its tail on the beasts face, leaving a nasty red strip mark on the right side of its face. The giga raged, grabbing the bronto by the neck, and dragging it to the the ground. The bronto bellowed one last time, before the gigantosaurus smashed its head in with its foot. The huge beast roared in victory, before tearing into kill.

Dill looked around in his new environment of the mountain. He was all alone, Rehn was gone. Without Rehn, how will he travel anywhere, he was clearly stronger, and could protect him. What is he going to do now?
