My eyes were closed, but my mind was wide open. The cool wind softly caressed my rosy cheeks as we pushed forward. I leaned back, brushing my back against his chest. A grunt from him was received every once and a while. My curls swayed with me and slowly shifted to the sides every so often. I felt a bit light headed so we stopped completely.

"It's getting late" He muttered in my ear. I simply nodded. It was, and I was becoming restless.

I tried reaching the dirt, but my toes, let alone my foot couldn't reach. Harry stopped us, his feet completely on the ground. But I did feel a bit of his crotch rub against me. I felt a small blush fade across my skin as I hopped off.

"Talking to the moon, tryna get to you" I sung quietly. I loved to sing it while I looked at the moon. I knew that someone somewhere is doing the same. I looked up, the stars brightly cascaded across the dimly lit sky. The air was still cool and crisp, just the way I liked. Harry and I continued walking, making our way back to the lake. Niall and Alice were still reminiscing as we both stood a distance away. We were unseen by the two lovers.

I faced Harry. He seemed a bit distant.

"Harry?" I said, his shoulder.

He focused his gaze on me.

"I want you to promise me something" I spoke. Harry furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.

"What exactly?"

"I want you to promise me that you'll always look up. That's where I'll be. Forget about anything else, and just look up. And if you can't find me, then I'll be in here. Safe and sound" I told him, placing my hand over his heart. I felt it. Every beat, face paced and soothing.

Harry lifted his hand and stuck oit his pinky whilst cheekily grinning at me. This man-child. I laughed a bit as my pinky wrapped around his.

"let's go sha-"

A loud, maybe even deafening sound corrupted the peace. As an instinct, Both Harry and I ducked down. As we both srung up, I heard the screams and whimpers.

Alice.

I sprinted as fast as I could, making It to the candle-lit dock.

"ALICE" I screamed, kneeling next to her. "Al! Listen to me, stay with ok?!" I said, realizing that she had just been shot.

Alice gripped onto my hand as she cried. I looked down at her injured leg.

"Stay here" Harry hissed as he ran off into the woods.

I hushed Alice and I told her that everything was going to be alright.

"Shhh, This might hurt a little ok baby? Just stay put" I told her as I pulled at the torn cloth of her jeans. She screamed bloody murder and I continued to rip through the blood stained cloth. I took a good at it. Blood. Everywhere. Her tissue was torn and all I saw was the blood that gushed. I looked away and disgust. I couldn't handle this.

I looked over at Niall. He sat there, the look of horror in his cobalt eyes.

"Alice" He whispered. He swiftly picked her up, making sure not to touch her wound.

"Go to the house, I'm going to find Harry!" I yelled, running the opposite direction of the house.

"Harry?! HARRY!" I repeated. I kept running, twigs and rocks were pricking my bare feet.

I kept running. I said I'd be there.

I felt a tight grip around my wrist and turned to face him.

"Go back to the house" He growled.

"Not without you"

"Paige. Don't provoke me"

The harshness of his voice was so... so familiar. I shook it off and nodded, running back to the house.
