After sitting in the bath for what seemed like ages I stepped out all wrinkly. “I look like an old lady.” I murmured to myself. I quickly dried off and slipped into my new training gear Liam bought me. I tied up my damp hair into a messy bun then exited Lou's room, heading towards the living-room. “Hey guys. I need to burn off some steam. Wanna come with me back to the gym?” “Uh Ya sure.” they whispered. Looking at the clock I noticed it was 10 o'clock. “Oh geez it's late. You guys don't have to come if you don't want to I'm fine by myself.” I felt bad now. “We are well aware of that.” Zayn chuckled, clearly emphasizing how I pinned Liam down earlier. 10 minutes later we were heading back to the gym, I was silently praying that Liam had left. When we got there his car was still there and it looked like he was asleep inside. “You guys go ahead and get ready, I'll be right in.” I said to the boys as I headed to Liam's car. “See you inside!” Niall called. I let out a heavy sigh as I rapped my knuckles against the glass of the window. It was hilarious seeing Liam jump at the sound and hit his head on the ceiling. He cursed at himself before seeing me standing there laughing at him. “That wasn't funny. Now I'm gonna have a knot on my head, better hope it isn't a concussion.” he joked. “Big baby. Here.” I said as I grabbed an ice-pack from my bag. “You have to squeeze and squoosh it before it gets cold. Stick it on your head and hold it there.” he did what I said as he leaned against the side of the car, wincing in pain, probably from sleeping in the car. “Why did you come back?” He asked, I could clearly see the pain in his eyes. Suddenly the crunchy gray gravel beneath my feet was the most interesting things in the world. I could feel his hand grab my chin and tilt it up to look in his eyes, Toby would do that so I would know he was telling the truth. “I am so so sorry Sam. You don't know how sorry I am. I don't even know the half of what pain I caused you, am causing you, but I'm hurt too. More physically than emotionally though. You ma'am have a very powerful grip. My back still hurts from where you dug your knee into it.” he said then chuckled quietly. I couldn't help but smile. No matter what Liam did it was hard to stay mad at him. “Apology accepted.” I mumbled as I basically tackled him in a hug. “So...why did you come back?” he asked again. “It's what I do. Train. I did it before Toby, then it helped me a lot after he died, then I kind of zoned out of it when I met you guys. My old trainer was furious when I told him I was moving.” “Mind if I join you guys?” “Erm...sure.” The boys and I spent 2 hours at the gym. I taught them a few things, mostly defense because with Paul and the other body guards they don't really need to have a strong offense.
