LIGHTS ON!!!

    You and Sun were having a conversation when the  bell sounded for nap time. "Well, Time for me to go." Sun said. He'd gotten used to the lights turning off by now. You however never knew that happened at the daycare. "Wait what do you-" The lights quickly flicked off and your eyes went wide as you saw two red glowing orbs looking at you. You hid under the desk that you and sun were standing at and covered your ears. "No no no it's not real, it's not real..."  A low hum resonated beside you. "Isss everythingg okay starlight?"  You jumped back in horror. "W-who are you?!"   "I'm moon. I'm surprised sunny didn't tell you of me." You relaxed a little. Knowing this 'moon' was a friend of sun, or possibly was sun relaxed you a tiny bit. "O-okay. I'm y/n."  Moon tilted his head to the left. "You're acting like Sun used to. When the lights would turn off." 

   You remembered Sun telling you he hated the dark. That's why you two bonded so well. You hated it too. Neither of you told the other why. You gulped as Moon crept closer and sat down beside you. "Y-yea, I'm not really a fan of the dark."  "May I ask why?"  The reason why you never told Sun why, is because he never asked. And the same for you. You didn't ask, he didn't tell. 
"W-well, when I was little and went to a different daycare, before this one was even thought of... some kids locked me in a bathroom stall, turned out the lights and left me there for a few minutes and started playing spooky noises on a boom box while banging on the stall door."  Moon tried not to laugh. "IT'S NOT FUNNY!!" "I'm sorry, I know it's not funny." You pouted. "Why was Sunny afraid then?"  Moon sighed and leaned back against the desk. "Because of me. Or rather what I used to be. Some crazy rabbit lady infected me with a virus that made me 'kill happy'  and a bunch unfortunately happened to be children. And since I only come out when the lights are off, well you get the idea."  Moon sat leaning against the desk for a while. Neither he nor sun had told anyone about that. You patted his arm gently as if you could tell what he was thinking. "Ya know, I've never told anyone that story from my childhood. Not even Sunny."  Moon looked at you in surprise. "Really?" You nodded. "Well I guess you and I have something to bond over y/n. Oh and also,"  "Yea Moon?"  A smile crept onto his face. "Sunny can see and hear everything I can and vice versa. So ya might wanna be careful of what you say around us."
