Sundrops (Wholesome chapter)

 Sun was cleaning the barrels before opening when you came in. The sound of the heavy door made him lift his head up as he smiled and waved to greet you. "Y/n? Oh gosh, you look exhausted!" You yawned. "Yea. I had to cram study for my exams." Sun tisked you. "As a college student you should know to study first and goof around later." You yawned and nodded. "Yea. Sun, I don't need another lecture today, I just got out of lecture hall." You sassed. Sun huffed and looked around the room. "Come with me! I have just the thing." He pulled you to a supply closet. You stood outside slumped against the wall as he dug around, finally managing to pull out a dusty box of...Sundrops? "Ta da!" He sang proudly. You blinked tiredly. "Sun, you know those only work on kids." Sun waggled his finger. "Nu nuh, not these ones! These are for adults." Sun took one out and gave it to you. You looked at the beautifully wrapped candy. It's yellow and gold wrapper was different from the yellow and red ones the kids got. You shrugged, unwrapped it and put it in your mouth.

"Coffee? Mmm, soo good~" You were a coffee gremlin, and you hadn't yet had your two cups of coffee. "This should perk you right up! It has the equivalent of two cups worth of caffeine!" You smiled and thanked Sun. Soon it was time to open up. The kids were extra hyper today and even though you had no sleep, you were able to keep up with them just fine. You run over to Sun while in the middle of a game of tag. "I see why these are for adults now." Sun giggled. If you ever need them, just ask! We have an unlimited supply. A lot of workers come in drained." You smiled, thanked him and ran. Today was going to be a good day. Or the start of a new addiction.
