here are the character profiles that i write before each story (basically a prologue)

ˑ༄ؘ ۪۪۫۫ ▹ dream and punz

dream tells punz everything- he just says it how it is. punz is basically his therapist.

dream is generally open about his trauma. he doesn't care about people knowing what happened to him, but he just doesn't want people to feel burdened by the knowledge so he keeps it to himself.

dream doesn't talk to his friends from back home because they remind him of his trauma (as they were the first people he saw after it happened). even thinking about them makes him panic.

dream has panic attacks/ episodes when he thinks about his trauma, which usually leads to him binging and purging.

dream is asexual/ placiosexual.

punz doesn't tell dream anything because he doesn't want to burden his brother more.

punz often feels lonely, especially now that he can't talk to his home friends as often and his brother is so changed from his trauma. sometimes he feels like he's the only constant in an ever-changing world, and worries that maybe he's just being left behind.

punz is still best friends with karl and foolish and talks to them constantly if dream isn't around.

punz is aromantic.

their parents are amazing people, and do everything in their power to help their boys, no matter what sacrifices they have to make.

sapnap's best friend and cousin is quackity but, since moving to england, they don't see each other in person- but they call and text a lot.

sapnap is light-heartedly made fun of for being american, especially when his texan accent slips in, so he is excited when dream and punz move over.

sapnap's dad is a tattoo artist/ piercer and, before coming out as gay, he used to work for his dad, so he knows a lot about the processes and safety etc. he gives piercings and tattoos to his friends and hopes to start his own parlour one day.

he vapes and smokes.

he lives in a caravan park, happily, and doesn't talk to his parents because they disowned him for being gay. he has a little sister that he can't talk to anymore but dreams about getting back in touch with one day. she was 4-5 when she did the drawings on sapnap's fridge, and would have just turned 9. (his sister is called holly).

(p.s. his master plan works).

sapnap eats mainly at school because he can't afford food at home and gets discounted meals at school because of his living conditions.

sapnap is bi.

sapnap has firsts, seconds, an industrial, snakebites and a double helix. (and soon nipples.)
