"Where were you?" I flinched at Sunghoons sudden voice appearing in the dark. "You scared me!" I yell a bit turning on the light. Sunghoon immediately shuts his eyes from the brightness. "I was asleep, when I didn't feel you next to me. You didn't even answer on text." Sunghoon gets up and follows me to the bathroom.

"I was at work, night shift and my phone died." I answer simply, looking at him from the mirror. "I was so worried! You could've let me know!" He sighs as I turn around. He cups my face, making me look up. "I told you last week I'll be having a night shift." – "Really? I must've forgotten." He says before bowing down to give me a kiss, "forgave you." I smile looking at him. We walk back to the bed as I plop down on it, releasing a deep sigh.

Sunghoon moves closer to me, placing his hand on waist. "When do you have to go to work? I'll make your breakfast." He shakes his head in my neck, tickling me. I start giggling making him stop, "I don't want to go. I want to be with you." He mumbles as I turn around, "you have to, who's gonna pay the rent." I jokingly say, his head shoots up, "you kept saying you'll also pay." I smile ear to ear as he breaks out laughing, "I was joking." Sunghoon shakes his head, leaning on my neck again.

"My friends are coming over today." He informs me after a long silence, I nod. "How many? Let's get snacks later." He makes an agreeing sound at my request. I close my eyes as I also move closer to him, so we're practically cuddling now. I close my eyes when I'm about to fall asleep. Sunghoon kisses my forehead as he moves away. I frown, opening my eyes, "the rent won't get paid otherwise." He smiles sadly.

"I hate night shifts." I mumble getting his pillow to cuddle with. "Sleep tight babe." He ruffles my hair making me feel disturbed, however I just lay there smiling to myself.

"Hurry down, let's get snacks." – "But I'm cooking right now." I put the phone on speaker when Sunghoon called. "Do I look like I care? Hurry!" He didn't even give me an option so I sighed and shook my head. Putting the food on the side, I quickly got my jacket and walked out of the apartment.

Once I arrived in front of the apartments Sunghoon looked at me, a small smile shown on his face. "If the food tastes bad, it's your fault." I say, grabbing his hand and walking off. He just followed as I took the lead. "Hey!" I say to the cashier as we got into the store, "Eura!" She smiles happily at me, looking at Sunghoon after. I winked at her to let her know, that's the boy I have been talking about.

Before Sunghoon and I got really close and he would be at work, I walked down to the store and talked with Munhee. She always used to listen and entertain me, since I was pretty lonely.

Sunghoon took the basket and started shopping as I stood next to her, "he's the one I was talking about." I whisper to her as she gasps, "you weren't lying when you said he's handsome! He looks like an idol." She says admiring him as I hit her lightly, "don't you dare getting to him, he's mine." I laugh with her until Sunghoon came to my right side, "who's yours?" – "You." I mumbled getting out my wallet.

He giggles, pulling me by the waist, making me wide eyes, "put that back, here." He handed Munhee his card. With the hand on my waist he lowered my arm, just to not pay. this rat. I squint my eyes, still looking at him, he smiles. "Thank you, have a nice day." – "You two too!" She waved goodbye, Sunghoon still held me there and made me go out, I waved goodbye before actually leaving.

"Why do you always pay? You already do so much!" I grown. He hands me a popsicle after he had opened it and shrugged his shoulders. "That's the bare minimum I can do." He says, reaching out for my hand. I smile looking at him. At the long street before the apartments, we stand there and wait for the green light to turn on.

"Sunghoon." – "Hm." He turned towards me as I left a peck on his lips. I definitely caught him off guard, "I had icecream on my lips." I nod, "I tasted it, tastes shitty." I just know Sunghoon felt really offended so I started running across the street, "BE CAREFUL!" He screamed before I reached the end of it and waited for him there.

He shook his hand as he intertwined our hands on the other side again. "You should never cross the street like that! You should be cautious of cars!" Sunghoon scolds me as I look down, "but nothing happened." – "What if- I could never handle losing you, just because you weren't careful enough. Please, just don't." He cups my face, looking really worried.

Suddenly I felt this guilt coming up. He has a point, what if something could have happened. I don't want to burden him like that ever. He doesn't deserve this.

"Sorry." I apologise as he shakes his head again and smirks, "I only accept kisses." My jaw drops, "I thought you're being so serious!" I free my face of his hands and act annoyed. "I am serious, but you're too cute when you're sad, I couldn't stay in my role." He back hugs me, placing his head on mine. Immediately I start blushing, because he never gave me a back hug, it's so new.

We enter the elevator, when he takes my hand, "I'm still mad at you." – "You're really thirsty, you know that right?" I roll my eyes playfully, crossing my arms. Suddenly Sunghoon comes awfully close to me, making me lean onto the wall. He places his hands on my waist again, "I'm dying, because you're leaving me thirsty."

I laugh at his statement and as soon as I'm about to answer he reaches out for my chin and makes me look at him. Sunghoons eyes wonder from one eye to the other and down to my lips. I place my hands behind neck, a few inches in between us. We kiss when the door opens but Sunghoon makes it shut again and we keep kissing in the elevator.

"The kids these days, need to do it everywhere." An old lady interrupts when the doors open on the highest floor. Sunghoon takes a step back as I straighten my posture. "Good afternoon." He bows at her, takes my hand and we walk out of the elevator. "You're so annoying." I say as we walk down the stairs.
