Lexa runs off to find Madi which to her surprise, she had just gone and sat on one of the chairs outside.

"I am sorry yongon." Lexa apologizes and reaches for Madi. Madi looks up to her and nods. "Do you love her?" Madi asks.

Lexa has taught Madi fluent English the past three months they've spent together. Lexa has made it known to speak it only when it is safe. They often switch back and forth between the two languages.

"Madi, it's okay." Lexa assures her kneeling before the small child placing a comforting hand on her leg.

Madi only replies with a nod. She is not too good with communicating but Lexa is patient. She understands what's it's like to not understand situations, especially at her young age.

Lexa had not only been teaching Madi all the ways to survive but she's also fallen into old teachings from her commandership.

Losing Clarke had been hard. She wasn't sure if she was alive, she had just hoped.

She told herself over and over again after being separated from her that love is weakness.

"Love is weak, bilaik yu don tel ai op otaim.." Madi reminds her and Lexa feels tears well up in her eyes.

"No madi, I was wrong, it is powerful." Lexa says and Madi nods.

She is a very good listener. Lexa has been grateful for that. She feels like she has a mini her running around.

It is amazing but so terrifying for her. She doesn't want Madi to make the same mistakes she had made as a young child.

"I love you," Madi says causing Lexa to smile and pull her into a hug. "That is strength, Madi."

They were not often vulnerable as Lexa had been terrified of it coming back to hurt them both.

Lexa can't bring herself to say those three words but she wants Madi to feel comfortable enough to do so.

She needs Clarke's help with her and she knows it. Lexa is not capable of raising a child with the way her mind is wired.

Clarke was taught love, kindness, patience, forgiveness. That is something not only Madi but Lexa as well needs to be taught.

They spend the day gathering food, berries, vegetables, Lexa had even killed a rabbit with one swift movement. Madi watched and observed her every move. Madi wanted to be just like Lexa.

Clarke wasn't much of a help with gathering so she headed back to her old place and grabbed a few things she deemed useful.

She glances at the radio and decides to use it, to remind herself who's out there and who she will be reunited with one day.

"Hi Bellamy, it is now day 60 if you're wondering why I didn't say anything yesterday, which I'm sure you are, I found people here. Lexa is alive and she has a child with her. It's a really long story honestly but you have no idea how glad I am to not be alone anymore. I was literally going crazy. I still miss you a lot. Maybe even more now. Getting back someone I loved reminded me how many other people I have out there but can't be with right now. I finally had a good dinner yesterday, Lexa knows how to cook, not surprisingly. She knows how to do everything. My time here will definitely be much easier now that I have her. I just wish you could meet her now, she's not the commander of anything anymore she's simply.. herself. You'd like her. She's not scary anymore, which to be fair she never scared me. I think you guys would get along. I hope one day, when you're all back, you can meet again. Anyways.. This daily thing might become a weekly thing. Now that I have people to talk to, this seems silly. I know you can't hear me, but I like to think you can. I love you Bell."
