Leviathan - Chapter 14: Land, Sea, Wind & Buried Terror

(From chapter 14 onwards, I will be writing from the 3rd perspective because I'm more used to it personally.)

 Justice wakes up, refreshed. Sunlight reflects itself almost indefinitely around the shiny room of Raven's abode. He looks to his side, Natalia's still sleeping soundly as usual. The soothing sight of her gives him energy to get out of his bed and start his day. He then wonders to himself, what his lover's choice of clothing is. His curiosity was sparked by lady Amily yesterday. He shrugs, knowing that they will find out eventually today when they all go out to the beach. After cleaning himself, he looks into the wardrobe for some clothes. The thought of his black knee high shorts immediately comes to mind. He puts them on. Comfortable with good materials, cool and slims your looks, suitable for many occasions. It will be perfect for the beach trip today. He then puts on a black shirt to accompany the pair of shorts, before going to his sleeping beauty. "Natalia.", Justice softly called the girl's name, softly patting her shoulders. As a result, the cat's ears twitch at the sound and she slowly opens up her sleepy eyes. Whilst she stretches out, he helps her out by putting the glasses on for her. Seeing Justice clearly, Natalia can't help but grow a little smile on her face. "Good nyorning, Justice..", she lets out a small sigh when she finishes stretching. She slowly gets up as her lover waits by the window, his looming shadow cast onto the floor and the bed. "Are you ready for the beach trip today?", the boy asks the girl, who's still rubbing her eyes. "Ah.. Yes, I'm actually looking forward to going to the beach today. I will take a bit to prepare, you can wait for me outside, if you want.", Natalia's tired smile grows ever so slightly as she clumsily gets out of bed. "Alright, if you say so. I'll wait for you downstairs, yeah?", Justice nods and then walks to the door, about to exit the room. "Wait.", Natalia swiftly goes over to the boy then gives him a little kiss on the cheek, before stepping back, smiling beamingly. "Okay.. I'll see you there.", then the cat finally nods. Justice's face lights up with a bright red colour as he quickly exits the room, hiding his little smile and his flushed face.

Raven and Amily are both together, talking to each other in the living room, just like yesterday. "Good morning..", Justice greets and waves to them both, wishing them a pleasant day. "Good morning.", they both reply as I sit down on an armchair. "I bet Natalia and you are both ready?", lady Amily asks, gently rocking her arms back and forth to keep her child asleep. "Yep. We are more than ready. Natalia just needs a bit more time to prepare.", the boy gestures to their room upstairs. "Ah, I see. Natalia won't take long, she's pretty fast at whatever she does.", Amily chuckles softly, gently patting her child's head. "Oh, and I won't be going out today. I want to stay at home for now.", after the lady finishes talking, Natalia comes down as well, with a little crossbody bag by her waist. "Alright, you three have fun now.", the lady smiles softly, waving the three goodbye. Raven gives his wife and his child a little kiss on their cheeks before standing up from his seat, "Love you two, take care. If you ever need me, you know what to do.", the elf winks at his lover, before snapping his fingers, teleporting us three close to the beach.

The blowing winds immediately hit them when they materialize out of thin air. "I guess we're here, enjoy yourselves, I'll be watching. I don't like getting water on my outfit.", Raven smiles subtly. The coast is full of people, young and old. You can definitely feel the bustling atmosphere of every generic beach. Some are sunbathing, some are swimming, the list goes on. Justice turns to Raven and asks, "Why don't you join us?". The elf turns to him then stays quiet for a second, "I'm not feeling too well today, I don't know why. Don't worry about me though, I just want you both to have fun on this vacation.". Raven smiles at him, then nudges Justice's shoulder, gesturing to whatever's behind the boy. Justice turns around to see Natalia in a beautiful soft yellow bikini with hands behind her back, as she looks at him intently. "How do I look?", the girl spins around elegantly. She's slim with a neat build, her skin is soft, it must have been taken care of very carefully. "Y- You look great.", Justice struggles a little bit to get these words out of his throat, perhaps he's a little stunned by being able to see her with this amount of detail. Hearing this, the girl giggles then grabs Justice's hand, pulling him towards the beach, "Let's go!". Raven watches the two of them go, seeing them like this puts a little smile on his face. He seems to be reminded of something. Maybe the image of the young couple dug up a buried memory from his mind.
