High school

The first day.

Britt showed me to all of my classes. Thank god I would have been lost without her. It wasn't too big but it was bigger than back home. The day passed quickly before I realized it, it was already last period. It was a study hall though so I didn't have to attempt to answer questions I had no idea about anymore. I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned towards the tap and saw a guy. He was completely cute. He had dark brown hair and the most beautiful hazel eyes. Looking at him I thought I was going to fall into a trance. He was skinny and had a strong jaw line."Yes" I said answering to his tap. "Hi. You're the new girl. I'm Dayton." he said smiling. His teeth were perfectly white and straight. He was really attractive. "I'm Addison." I said I cleared my throat. "Addi" I said finishing with a stupid smile. "Nice to meet you Addi." he said emphasizing my name. "You too." I said smiling then the last bell of the day rang and I gathered my things and stepped outside the door where Britt was waiting for me. Or so I thought. She waved and just as I was about to wave back she walked passed me to, I turned around and her lips were locked with Daytons. My mouth dropped. Really he was so cute. "Oh hey Addi." Britt said waving her hand for me to come over to them. I wave back and fake smiled as I walked over. "Hey Britt.." I said casually. "This is Dayton my boyfriend. Dayton.." he interrupted her "Yeah I know we met last period." he said as I nodded. "Oh well do you need me to show you to your locker?" She asked "It's ok I think I can find my way." I said turning away. I walked off as I heard her yell "Ok well talk to you tomorrow." I turned and smiled and then kept walking to my locker. My brother came up behind me and scared me. I jumped. "Malekei you jerk." I said hitting him with the history book in my hand. He laughed and said "Come on moms waiting." I mocked him then closed my locker and followed him out of the school and to my moms teel kia. "How were your guys's days?" She asked. My brother replied "Great" and I just nodded. When we got home I studied all the things I needed to catch up on took a shower and then laid in my bed until my eyelids got too heavy to keep open any longer and yet slowly closed as I drifted off to sleep.
