Another Encounter.

AUTHOR'S POV:
You wandered on the sidewalk, rethinking your decisions. You were wondering what you could have done differently in order to get a better outcome.

'Maybe I should have tried to convince him when I had the chance. But what would I say? "Please let me stay here. I want to live my main character era?" That sounds dumb as heck. But now I need to think of a new way to get back there. I ain't giving up so easily. But how so?.........Ughh! Why does everything have to be so difficult!? I can't think of anyth-!'

Bloop who was still sitting on your shoulder, let out a squeak that brought you out of your thoughts. He then looked at you and tilted his head to the side in a questioning manner.

"Oh, uh sorry Bloop." You let out a sigh. "I'm overthinking again. I should stop now." That's when you heard your tummy growl.

'Oh right. I haven't eaten anything since I came here.' You dug your hands into your pocket and sighed a breath of relief when you felt the money that Gojo gave you was still in your pocket.

You took it out and upon noticing it more you realized it was a 500 yen coin. You wondered what you could buy with this money. The thought of delicious food was enough to bring drool to your mouth.

You thought back to Gojo's suggestion and looked around for a convenience store. Sure enough, you could see one in the distance. You quickly made your way over to the convenience store. As you entered the store you realized it was quite empty for an easily reachable convenience store. But you decided to brush it off since it meant that you would not have to deal with human interaction. (+1 luck for Y/n)

You were hit with a wave of delight as you laid eyes upon the different variety of snacks that were displayed on the shelves. You always loved going to stores just to buy a load of snacks and then coming home to eat them while binge-watching anime. It was your favorite pass time activity.

You looked around and saw no one around the snacks aisle so you happily strolled over there. Your jaw dropped as you gaped at the various types of snacks sitting before you. From sweets to chips to crackers, everything you could imagine was there.

While you were contemplating what to get, you heard a loud thud. It was only then that you noticed that the whole store was awfully quiet. No employees doing their work, no one checking out from the cash register, and no spoiled brats yelling at their moms to get something for them. It was dead silent.

You were surprised that you didn't notice this before but who could blame you? The thought of mouthwatering food was completely occupying your mind. So it was completely justified.

Another thud was heard followed by noises of metal clanking. Ok, now you were scared. Many possibilities came to mind. Was it a thief? A kidnapper? Or worse, a ghost? Wait...that sounds dumb. Scratch that last part.

"Bloop, get in." You commanded as you opened the zip of your bag. Bloop nodded his head, complying with your orders and jumped into the bag. You left a little opening in the zip of the bag just in case things went downhill.

You pulled yourself together and tried to come up with a plan. After much thought, you decided to quietly make your way to the entrance and make a run for it. There's no way you are gonna face that person or that thing, whatever it is. 'Haha, beat that dumb horror movie characters, I'm not gonna fall for this trap.'

You tip-toed toward the edge of the aisle. You peeked your head around to see if the coast was clear. It was, so you decided to move forward. But you immediately froze when you heard another loud thud. This time you could hear footsteps. But they didn't sound...natural?
