The door of jungkook's room opened and his mother walks in with a pile of clothes in her hands. Placing the clothes in the closet she walked towards the curtains and opens it.
The whole room got lit up with the sunlight while Jungkook just turned and covered his face with blanket.
Laughing a little his mother sat on the bed and pulled the blanket from his face, a whine left Jungkook's lips as he turned to look at his mother , caressing his head his mother smiled and said ' go and freshen up fast , breakfast is ready '.
Nodding his head like a little child Jungkook ran towards bathroom while her mother just laughed and left the room.
As Jungkook entered the dining area he smelled the mouth devouring aroma of food, looking at the table he saw that his mother has made pancakes and there is banana milk too.
Looking at his mother he smiled and soon attacked on the food. Never in these 6 years he thought that he will let his stepmother be close to him.
Finally it was evening now and Jungkook was waiting for his father, soon a knock was heard on the door and he ran to open it. The door swung open and there was his father standing, smiling at his father he escorted him inside and sat beside him.
Jungkook was trying to give attention to his father whereas his father was totally confused by Jungkook's behaviour.
'Did something happen ' asked his father.
'No dad everything is fine ' Jungkook replied smiling.
All three members were sitting at the dining table eating peacefully, soon Jungkook broke the silence and said ' i want to talk about something to both of you'.
'Yes son what happened' his mother said .
While his father just nodded his head.
Taking a deep breath he said ' i want to apologise for the way I treated you both all these years , neither i treated mumma well nor you appa. I was really disappointed when you married again because you promised that you only love my mother and because of my anger and disappointment i always said bad words and treated mother wrong but now I know that you wanted me to know a mother's care and love, I'm sorry papa and i am really sorry mumma '
By now Jungkook was crying while his father has tears in his eyes and his mother was also crying. Jungkook's Father stood up and took his son in his embrace and said ' thank you so much for accepting us kook '.
The whole week went really well , Jungkook was spending his best time with his parents, laughing, enjoying .
No one in his school was now bullying him. Teachers were treating him well.
It was like after Alyssa came in his life everything became easy, his life became easy. It was Tuesday and he remembered that Alyssa would have returned. After the school was over he ran towards her house and saw Alyssa sitting below the tree , the wind blew fast making the cheery blossom petals falling down and the whole scene in front of him created butterfly in his stomach.
Alyssa soon felt someone's gaze so she
Looked towards the entrance to see Jungkook standing there smiling widely, standing up she walk towards Jungkook and embraced him .
Jungkook was taken back by the sudden hug but soon returned the gesture and said ' i missed you '.
Alyssa smiled and replied 'i missed you too kook'.
Breaking the hug Jungkook started telling her everything from his conversation with parents to how everyone is now treating him well.
Listening to him Alyssa felt good as now he was genuinely happy. 'So you did your homework well i guess' asked Alyssa.
Jungkook nodded his head while smiling showing his bunny teeth, seeing that smile Alyssa felt butterflies in her stomach.
But soon a thought came in her mind which made her smile fell. Noticing the change on Alyssa face Jungkook asked concerned ' is everything alright? ' Alyssa just looked at him and smile.
The whole evening they sat together below tha cherry blossom and talked about different thing , their likes and dislikes everything. Soon the moon was up in the sky and Jungkook bid his goodbye to Alyssa.
Time skip-
Jungkook was laying on his bed while he couldn't sleep the only thought is his mind was did he liked Alyssa or not.
He was concerned about the age gap a bit she didn't looked old , she looked around 23 atleast.
The gate of the bedroom opened revealing his mother. Sitting up he asked his mother ' didn't you sleep , you were tired in the evening'.
Feeling the concern in his voice his mother just smiled and caressed his head while sitting on the edge of the bed.
'No i just didn't felt like sleeping, but bear it's your exam tomorrow you should sleep'.
'Yes mom i will sleep now' Jungkook replied smiling, while his mother kissed his forehead and went away.
As soon he heard the door shut close , he left a sigh and thought about Alyssa.
He didn't knew when he slept but it's the first time in a while he took a good nap.
Time skip ______
It was a lazy afternoon all the students were sitting, some were talking while others were playing. Jungkook sat in his last desk while waiting for the school to get over .
The class was so loud that it looked like a market. Soon the door of the class opened revealing their homeroom teacher with the test paper in her hand.
That was test they gave this morning and she even checked it ,how fast, jungkook was really laughing at the thought.
Standing infront of the table she called each student by their name to collect their tests paper. Few were happy other were not, soon Jungkook name was announced and he walked towards the teacher and took the paper.
Walking upto his seat he sat on the chair and saw his test he got 49 out of 50.
Jungkook was happy, his happiness couldn't be defined by his smile ,
Soon after distributing the papers the teacher looked towards Jungkook and said ,' Jungkook please stand up , class Jungkook is the topper of this class test he got 49 marks which is the highest '.
Everyone started clapping and Jungkook was smiling brightly while showing his bunny teeth.
The school was now over and Jungkook was running fast because as he couldn't wait to meet Alyssa. As soon as he reached the door he knocked twice but no one opened it. Twisting the door knob he opened the door and said ' Alyssa again forgot to locked the door '.
Walking inside he saw the surroundings and felt like the Earth below his feet slipped away. The living room which was so beautifully decorated was now just a place like it was abandoned from years , the couch on which he sat last time was now covered in dust and spring was coming out.
The windows were broken, curtains were teared up. It felt like it was always like this but he couldn't see it.
Soon a voice interrupted him , he looked up and saw an old man standing at the threshold and said 'what are you doing here huh can't you see no one can come here huh'.
Jungkook was going to reply but suddenly a voice said ' he is my friend you can go now ' .
