MFNB 1: Letter from..

I was about to take a nap when my PA interrupted me. Ugh! I'm so tired, I wanna rest.

"Miss Kayllie, I just recieved an invitation a while ago. The invitation is for you."

Invitation? For what?

"Invitation?"

"Yes, do you want me to read it for you?"

I just nodded to my PA and close my eyes as I lay my back on the backrest of my chair.

"Oh, Miss Kayllie. This is not just a simple invitation, this is a letter. Would you mind if I will-"

"Read it. But first just read it with your eyes only, then tell me if it will lighten up my mood or just ruin my day." I said to my PA with my eyes still close.

"Uhm, if it will just ruin your day.."

"Throw that letter, simple as that."

"Okay.."

I know he's already reading the letter. Oh my! Why is my heart beating so fast like this? Am I feeling nervous? Or what? What's this? Ugh! I hope the letter doesn't contain bad news. I really hope that was a good news. Ugh!

I heard my PA cleared his throat. Okay, he's catching my attention.

"Good or bad?"

Still, my eyes are closed.

"Uh-uhmm.. K-kayllie.." what's with him? Tsk. I open my eyes and look to my PA. I was shocked when I saw his worried face?

"What's with your worried face? I am asking if it is a good news or a bad news? And why are you stammering?" I raise an eyebrow to him.

"I-i can't say that this is a good news or a bad news b-because.."

"Ugh! Give me the letter." He gave me the letter and I read it by myself. What's with him? And what's with this letter and he's acting like that? Tss. I read the letter but to my surprise.. the letter was from the

"Kayllie.. are you okay?"

"Huh? Ah yeah. Let's go home? I'm tired I want to rest. Tell manager that we're leaving already."

My PA did what I said.

I stared at the letter, the letter says..

Dear Kayllie,
Hi! I know you're busy with your career there, but I just send you this letter to inform you that we already miss you so much! It's been a long time since our last conversation and I think that was 5 years ago? Hay grabe napapa-english ako, baka kasi di mo na masyado maintindihan pag tagalog. Almost ten years ka na jan ah. And nga pala, congrats! Graduate ka na ng college and I heard nakapasa ka na sa board exam. I am so happy for you, we are so happy and proud of you! Kamusta ka na ba? Nakikita ka nalang namin sa tv, minsan sa magazine and madalas sa social networking sites nalang. Nga pala, may reunion tayong magbabarkada this summer sa isang resort sa Batanggas, one week din yun, yung iba, kasama nila mga asawa at kids nila. So, if you have time, uwi ka naman para buo tayo. Para makilala mo narin mga inaanak mo :) I hope makarating ang letter na 'toh sayo and I hope na makarating ka.
We missed you so much, Kayllie. We will be so happy kapag nakarating ka pero kung hindi naman, leave us message on fb or e-mail us if you have time. Miss ka na namin! xo'

I heaved a deep sigh. I miss them too. I really do. I was so busy with my studies and career, i don't have time to talk to them. You guys are confuse? Curious? Okay I'll introduce my self to you.
