"Hmm" Tuk took a great look at Ao'nung and Tsireya, who both were silently gawking at the Sully siblings
"Interesting"
It hadn't been that long since Sully family had arrived in the Metkayina clan, their arrival hadn't been welcomed in the beginning but they managed to slowly blend in
Everything was going well, Tuk had managed to find new friends and enjoy the environment, Lo'ak had also found a new "crush" whatever that meant but she knew that it had to do something with Tsireya,
Tuk loved the Metkaiyna clan, she did but sometimes the little girl couldn't help but get bored.
She was laying alone in the Marui, rolling back to forth hoping that something would get her attention with no vail
Tuk sighed, she then noticed a not-so-big bag that belonged to her sister, Tuk stood up and took a great look at it.
Tuk easily noticed a certain decoration on the bag that was made by Spider. Tuk instantly sulks, she missed spider very badly
"Maybe there are some of my toys in there" Tuk hoped and opened the bag only to get disappointed "no toys..."
Tuk sighed and looked inside the bag again. she saw a not-so-thick notebook that Tuk had seen Kiri write stuff in multiple times.
the notebook had been a gift given on Kiri's tenth birthday by Norm and Max, at least that's what Tuk has been told a long time ago, even though it was a normal notebook Kiri used it as a diary
"it belonged to Grace," Norm said and ruffled 10-year-old kiris hair. Her eyes shone from excitement.
"Thank you, Norm!" Kiri jumped and ran up to her parents, she happily showed them the gift
Jake and Neytiri mimicked her excited expression, they too were excited to inspect something that belonged to Grace.
Kiri had always been wanting to learn about her biological mother, and Norm and Max were always there to help her with that out "no problem kid"
the youngest Sully took the notebook from the bag and took a great look at it, the cover was hard and brown, not a very exciting color if you asked her.
Kiri never allowed anyone other than her parents to touch the notebook so Tuk was very hesitant even to examine it
She opened the book and flipped some pages.
Some of those sheets were filled with letters that Tuk didn't understand,
Tuk remembered Kiri once telling her that Grace wrote those strange letters and words.
"on this very page my mother describes her love for Pandora's nature" Kiri once told her. The youngest sibling leaned on her sister and listened to her older sister
"What about other pages?"
"There is one interesting page dedicated that describes our father" Tuks ears twitch and she quickly looks up at her sister
"How does she describe daddy?!" Kiri chuckles
"You don't wanna know that"
"Hmpf" Tuk grumbles at the memory, no matter how much she begged Kiri, her sister wouldn't say anything
Back in the forest She even tried the forbidden youngest sibling puppy eye look, but Kiri didn't even budge
a sudden idea came over Tuks head "hehe, I'll still get to find it out"
Tuk flipped through the pages trying to find at least a single familiar word that started with Jake or in Toruk "ugh... Where is it?! Was Kiri lying to me?"
The girl continued to flip until a familiar name popped up in Kiri's writing,
The name was not Jake or Toruk or even any of the family members' names, it was not even any of Kiri's friends as far as Tuk was aware of
"Huh?" Tuk gaped at the name with great interest "What's his name doing in here?"
Tuk went through more pages, and that name never seemed to leave her "Don't tell me..."
"I hate Ao'nung ..."
"Ao'nung"
"I like Ao'nung"
"Ao'nung kissed me today"
Tuk screamed, Aonung did what to her sister?! Her ears suddenly twitched and she heard that all too familiar humming of her sisters.
Tuk quickly closed the diary and put it in her older sister's bag
"Tuk?" the said girl jumped "what are you doing in here?"
"Nothing..." Tuk had so many questions to ask her.
what did she mean by Aonung kissing her? was it on the cheeks?
Were Ao'nung and Kiri dating?
Were Ao'nung and Tsireya going to be her siblings soon?
Tuk decided to keep her mouth shut for now
Kiri eyed her suspiciously "why are you here alone?"
"Because I was bored"
"hmm" Kiri looked around "you didn't touch anything that you weren't supposed to right?"
Tuk looked away
Kiri groaned "what did you touch?"
"Nothing..."
"Tuk"
"Nothing"
"Tuk don't make me repeat"
"I'm not lying" Kiri sighed, she knew her sister fairly well and it was obvious when she was lying
Kiri was clutching onto something in her hands, and Tuk eyed it suspiciously. She saw how her older sister quickly went to the bag and put that thing in it
"Stupid Ao'nung" the youngest heard her sister mutter
This goal for today was clear...
She was going to find out what relationship Kiri and Aonung had
