Third person POV

The sun was shining brightly and the birds were chirping as the silver-haired girl made her way to the Nura estate. Towa was looking forward to what the day had in store for her.

Smiling broadly, she made her way to the main gate. "Sorry for intruding!"

As Towa looked out over the garden, she noticed a woman with long black hair working among the blossoms. However, for some reason, every flower was covered in frost.

"Ara~ Towa-chan, you're here early." Tsurara looked up and smiled warmly at her.

"Morning, Tsurara-san. I'm here for a Youki lesson from Riei." Towa responded with a bright smile.

"Oh my, that's wonderful. He's at the Dojo, you can meet him there. Huhu~" Tsurara hid her cheeky grin and laughter behind the sleeve of her white kimono.

"Alright, thanks! Tsurara-san!" Towa hurried into the estate's main building while waving goodbye.

Towa was already considered a member of the Nura family at this point. That's what she assumed, anyway; it's not like she had an official invitation or anything. But just being around the yokais in the house warmed her heart and made her feel at home.

As she rounded the corner, she unexpectedly collided with two tall figures, sending her reeling backward. Both figures were much taller than her; one had only one eye, and the other had his black hair obscuring a portion of his face.

"S-sorry!"

The two men gave her a menacing look and then walked away, leaving the girl standing in the hall, speechless. Despite the awkwardness of the situation, Towa still felt the urge to rush to the Dojo to start her training with Riei.

"Riei!—" Towa pushed the door open.

Inside, Riei had his back turned to her, his kimono was half-off revealing a large tattoo that spanned the width of his shoulders. Towa's eyes widened at the sight.

Her gaze was fixed upon the intricately detailed tattoo on Riei's back, she can't help but be struck by the majesty of the white tiger depicted there. The lines of the tattoo are bold and fierce, perfectly capturing the power and grace of the mighty predator. The tiger's white fur is expertly shaded, creating the illusion of light and shadow playing across the animal's muscles as it moves. Its piercing blue eyes seem to follow her wherever she goes, unblinking and unyielding.

As she looked closer, Towa noticed the tiger was surrounded by a vibrant jungle scene. Lush green leaves and exotic flowers frame the creature, adding depth and complexity to the tattoo. She can almost hear the sounds of the forest, the rustle of leaves, and the chirping of birds as if the tiger were truly alive and prowling through its natural habitat.
