Story Info:
The year is 2146, the world has turned into pirates that own small islands as kingdoms and the 2nd best pirate in the world is Kokichi. Kokichi, the leader of the clan "Dice". All the high ranked clans are the clans in the area that were once the remnants of Tokyo, Japan. Their names are Lucky Money (Naegami Clan), World Ender (Enoshima Clan), Future Fountain(Tokomaru Clan), Fortune Killings (Hagekusaba Clan), Fan Tech (Fujisaki Clan + Yamada), Micball (Sayaleon Clan), Strong Swimming (Sakuraoi Clan), and Moral Rides (Ishimondo Clan).
The octagon is the place where these powerful clans live. Eight of the nine clans surround the clan "World Fall" in a shape similar to an octagon.
The Clans usually consist of a ruler and their partner, the captain of their army and pirate things.

Some clans have connections with each other

Some clans have deep hatred for each other
Ex: Dice←→World Ender
Each clan is about 9-10 months apart so each part will range from 5-6 months to 1 year.
