I remember that day

Six months ago.

The lights on the stage were bright and colorful. People surrounded the stage and smiled up at it. They were there for the performance of Ai Hoshino.

Ai Hoshino was a beautiful girl with a star in each of her eyes. She had a blue-purplish hair color.

Ai is quite joyful and always smiling.

Today she was performing a concert for the 2019 Super Bowl. Along side her music composer. Kaori Miyazono. Kaori Miyazono's height is average for a 19-year-old and has a slender figure. She has blonde wavy hair that reaches down her waist and beautiful pale indigo eyes. She is always seen to carry her violin whenever she went with her lovely pink suitcase.

Kaori is a free-spirited violinist whose playing style reflects on her personality. She is independent, unpredictable, and short-tempered. It is also touched upon that she is passive aggressive at times. Kaori likes to depend on herself and only herself but is very outgoing and can be seen as more of a support for others.

Ai: Hello 2019 Super Bowl! Who's ready to rock?

The audience roared in applause and cheers and Ai began singing.

Ai performed and finished the song, and began another. Meanwhile, Ai and Kaori's boyfriend watched from a private room, ground level in the stadium. He smiled as he watched the performance.  It always warmed his heart to see them perform. He hummed along to the music as Ai sang.

He remembered when those two met for the first time. For months, they fought over him, hated each other, and tried to take him for themselves. However, when Y/N decided to date both of them, they decided to go with a cease-fire for his sake. And after some time of getting to know each other, discovered they had some same interests. However, Kaori had poor health due to an unknown condition. Kaori had several operations and was physically frail. Because of this, she experienced longer and more frequent hospital stays, which frequently prevented her from attending practise and school. She could have been passing by or eavesdropping one evening when she saw her mother sobbing in the hospital lobby. She then learned that she only had a limited amount of time left to live, and soon after she came to understand it for herself due to her frequent hospitalisations and growing frailty. So she continued to spend time with Y/N and Ai.

Later, it became clear that Kaori's health was collapsing further, and she was unable to keep her sickness a secret from her boyfriend and her new friend. Her condition started to cause episodes of paralysis in her legs. She was strolling down the hospital corridor when she abruptly lost her balance and was unable to get back up.
