Y/N's POV-

Today is Aaron and I's 1st anniversary for dating. I was so excited to see him, so I tried to look my best.

I went to school wearing a white strapless crop top with a light pink high waisted skirt. Since it was Spring and it was still pretty cold, I wore a black blazer over it. I curled my hair and did my makeup. Feeling excited, I even put on light pink lipstick.

I grabbed my backpack and put on some black flats and went to school.

When I got to school, I instantly went to my boyfriend and hugged him, "Hey baby!" I yelled as I saw him.

"Why are you so excited?" He asked me, laughing.

Did he seriously forget that it was our anniversary? I felt really mad at that point.

"I-I just am." I said looking down, playing with my feet. "I better go." I pointed towards class and bolted off.

Tears came to my eyes. This was a very important day. Aaron and I have been together for a year! But he forgot it, what could make this day any worse?

After school ends, Aaron and I always walk home together, but today I wanted to be alone.

After school, I walked home alone. My parents were both at the hospital working, so it was just me at home. When I got home, a note was taped onto the door:

654 Wallabye Street at 6:30
-Anonymous

At 6:15, I drove my car down to 654 Wallabye Street. It was a fancy French restaurant called Le Voltaire.

"Hello are you Miss Y/N?" I nodded my head, confused. "Follow me." I obeyed his order and followed him into a room in the back.

In the center of the room was a table set elegantly up. An unfilled vase sat in the center.

"You think I would really forget?" I whipped around to see Aaron standing behind me, holding pastel flowers.

"My god.. Aaron!" I stood on my tip toes and kissed him on the lips. I feel foolish now.

When we pulled apart, he pulled out the chair for me. Then, he put the flowers in the vase and sat down. "I can't believe you really thought that I would forget!" He laughed.

I giggle and blushed slightly. "I don't know. Would you believe me if I said I had a rough morning?" He laughed and instantly knew I was lying.

We ordered dinner and desert which was absolutely delicious. (And cheap!)

After we finished eating, some music came on and Aaron dimmed the lights, "May I have this dance?" He chuckled. "You may."

We danced for what felt like hours. Days. Years! At 9:00, it was time to go home to sleep. Before I left, Aaron grabbed my hips and kissed me passionately on the lips. We didn't even notice, or care, that it was raining.

The rain soaked our hair and faces, but I didn't pull apart and neither did he. It was magical.

I really had no idea on how to describe this moment. It was speachless.
