Maya
It's about 8pm and Carina and I have been spending the day chilling in the lounge watching movies and with me catering to her hangover which she says is thankfully over the now
Malia wanted to stay over at Andrew's house for one more night so we let her
"My love?" she softly said with her head on my chest while I continued playing in her hair
"Yes baby" I replied
"I love you" she said making my heart flutter which is a feeling and something I experience every time she says those 3 words to me and I couldn't help the smiling spreading across my face
"You do?" I teased with my brow raised
"Mhmm" she giggled making the sily grin on my face even wider
"I love you too, so much"
Our moment got interrupted by my phone ringing on the couch next to Carina
She reached for it and handed it to me
"Thank you baby" I said smiling seeing it's my niece calling
"Hey Saylor what's up" I answered but immediately frown when I heard sniffing
"Auntie can you come get me please" she cried sounding like her speech was slurring
Making me frown
"Saylor Jade Bishop, are you drunk? Where are you?"
"At Tyra's house I'll send you the location"
I barely understood! But agreed anyway
"Baby I have pick Saylor up" I sighed trying to move her off me but she whined and clung to me since she was about to fall asleep
"Okay you can come with" I said getting up with her still in arms

I took a deep breath trying to calm down as I saw Saylor stumble to the car and damn near fall into the backseat
"Hey" she mumbled pulling her hood down
"Hey? You're 14 and drunk at a house party and can barely stand up fucking straight and I had to get my ass to come pick you up! and all you have to say is fucking, Hey?!" I snapped at the teen
"Bambina just talk to her in the morning she's not in the right state of mind to have any type of conversation" Carina said rubbing my thigh to help calm me down
"Fine" I sighed pulling off
Just then we heard faint sniffing from the backseat and Saylor started to drunkly mumble things
"I thought he loved me, but he just put me out without a second thought"
"He just let Yolanda do all those things to me and she put me out" she sniffed as her words slurred
I looked over at Carina to see her already looking at me with concern lacing her beautiful face
I felt my blood boil as we pulled up at our house
I got out slamming the door and walked around to open Carina's door and scooped Saylor up out of the backseat
I unlocked the door and walked to the guest room laying her on the bed
"Babe can you please help Saylor get situated, I'll be back" I said placing a kiss on her lips and rushed out the door to Mason's apartment

"Maya, don't do anyth-" I tried to stop her but was cut off by the door slamming I know all she sees now is red
I'm just glad Malia isn't here right now
I sighed at walked to the guests room "SJ?" I said lightly shaking her shoulder to wake her up
"Mhm?" she mumbled
"Get up so you can shower and get changed I'll get you something to wear" I said and she nodded and got up going to the bathroom in the hallway
Once she was done and dressed I sat her down on the bed since it seems like she's sobered up a little
"Wanna tell me what happened SJ?" I cautiously asked not wanting her to feel like I'm in her business
"My dad left after him and Yolanda fought and it got physical and she told me to leave and leave all my clothes and stuff since she bought it all, I basically only grabbed my phone, charger and a change of clothes and left to Tyra's house. She was having a party so I had some drinks to take my mind off everything but I seem to have had too much" she explained
"Where was your dad?" I asked not understanding why Mason would allow this
"He left but then he came back while she was yelling at me and he was just standing there watching it all go down" She told me and I could see the hurt and disappointment in her eyes and hear it in her voice
"He looked high, I think he relapsed Carina and that's why they fought"
"I'm so sorry this happened to you Say, I know you're aunt can be a bit of a hot head but if you ever just want to talk and you don't want to talk to Maya, you can come talk to me" I told her pulling her into my arms giving her a tight hug hearing soft sniffing
"What do you think auntie Maya is gonna do to them?" She asked sitting up
"I don't know, hopefully she doesn't do anything stupid" I sighed playing in her hair
"Get some rest, and we'll deal with everything tomorrow" I said tucking her into the guestbed
"Where's my baby Malia?" She mumbled sleepily
"At my brother's house get some rest love, Goodnight bella" I said kissing her cheek
"Goodnight Rina, thank you for everyth..." she started to say but dozed off and fell asleep
I called Maya to see if she'll answer
"This Captain Maya Deluca-Bishop, I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Bye"
I sighed getting her voicemail for the 5th time and decided to just go take a shower and get ready for bed

I groaned feeling a cold body get next to me in bed
"Shhh it's me baby, go back to sleep" Her raspy voice said kissing my neck
"What happened are you okay?" I asked with a sleep laced voice
"We'll talk about it later baby, we have work in a few hours get some sleep" she insisted and I was honestly to tired to protest
I turned to make sure her face was fine and that she had no bruises and I found nothing so I dozed back to sleep
